I have had several of their Bundt cakes brought to me before and always thought they were great. I finally stopped at their location off Markham/Chenal and was so impressed with their customer service and the finished product. They offered to decorate my cake and it was done within 10 minutes and looked so cute.
The customer service was great. I changed my order a couple of times. The lady at the register was patient and friendly. The cakes were moist and delicious as usual. We were pleased and will definitely return soon.
I LOVE this store!! I've introduced a gob of people to it from among my church, family, and neighbors. I just tried the new key lime flavor this week and it's now one of my favorites. Last week, I took bundtinis and a bundlet to two different people as Thank You's. A few years ago, my daughter used a variety of bundtlets as a "Dirty Santa" gift; the trading got pretty wild but my nephew won them. He ate them all in two days! My niece gives boxes of bundtinis to her kids' teachers 1-2 times/year. She travels about an hour each way to get them. What else do I need to say?!!
If you are closed on a holiday it would be nice eif you would update Google! Drove clear across town on the 4th of July because it said you were open and you were NOT! Very disappointed! In addition 2 OTHER PEOPLE pulled up as well only to be turned away by the guy in there cleaning up! Poor customer service!
Okay, today is my birthday 6-27 I recieved a box of these assorted bundtini's, which should not have been out on display for sale. These bundtini's should have been taken off the shelf weeks ago. They were like soggy and slick along the sides and the bottom especially, not to mention the bottom had a spoiled taste and smell like OLD EXPIRED cake is known to have. The packaging was nice, but WHO CARES ABOUT THE PACKAGING. The PRODUCT is what's most important. Very disappointing.
I absolutely love the lemon bundt cake. I highly recommend this place. Staff was very nice and helpful. Store was clean and nice.
Called in this morning spoke with Shelby. Very nice lady and very helpful. Ordered a birthday cake for my mother as a surprise and I ordered it around 9am. The cake was made and delivered by 12:30pm ❤️. I love fast service!!! Ask for Shelby she will take care of you. My mom was truly surprised!
My father is at a local burn hospital suffering critical, life threatening injuries and I’m visiting from out of town. After an especially rough/emotional morning, I decided to pick up a couple dozen little cakes to tell the staff “thanks”. Stacy sent a sample for my dad to enjoy. I wasn’t sure he’d be able to eat, but when he saw the cake, he let me feed him all but one bite!!! It made our whole day better, and the nurses LOVED the treat. ❤️ Thank you to this location and to Stacy - for being absolutely amazing.
I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes on December 4 2021 in West Little Rock AR. I purchased a variety box of the bundtinis. I was so excited! I love cake. But once I got home, and bit into one, all of that excitement just went right out the window. My cakes were stale! And I'm not talking about maybe a day or so! I'm talking about what had to be at least a week. I paid $20 dollars plus tax. I was given a sealed box. I had no way of knowing that what was inside was old, stale product. Needless to say, I won't be going back. Nothing Bundt Cakes needs to do better. Stop selling your old products.
I went to Nothing Bundt cakes in west Little Rock yesterday. I was expecting something delicious. What I got was a variety box of bundtinis. Although they came in four different flavors,they all were terrible. Bland box cake that isn't special. The worse part about it was the wet feeling of thawed old cake in my mouth. It wasn't anything fresh about it. All the toppings were the same cream cheese flavor. Very overpriced!
