I had to order this through the door dash app. This is meant to be the spicy shrimp pizza. There are zero spices on this pizza. I end up spending more money through a delivery service so to have thr food not show up thr way it's meant to is extremely irritating. I order this at 430 pm and I know it's not busy during this time. So there's really no excuse other than one of your employees has no pride in their work.
Called about a job for the 5th time and got laughed at while asking for the hiring manager. If you're not hiring why keep posting the jobs. So unprofessional. And this just occurred at 2:02 at the University store
April 2022, Little Rock location on University Ave. I ordered the Pick a pair for lunch...chicken salad on white bread with Mac and cheese. Ordered sweet iced tea (super cute plastic cup that I kept to reuse) and Strawberry cake! I like my bread with my sandwiches to be soft, that being said this sandwich came out with toasted bread. Hard bread tears up the roof of my mouth. Anyways...I ate it anyways, it was delicious. The chicken salad has grapes in it that gives it sweetness and crunch, yum! The Mac n chese was creamy and a nice tasting cheese. The strawberry cake was out of this world good! It was so good I got another piece to go! Sweet tea was on point, not to sweet. The staff were friendly when taking my order. There was a man busing tables and he was very nice and asked me if I wanted a booth over a table. The restaurant was clean. We'll be back!
The staff was very nice and the soups and sandwiches were tasty. I particularly liked that they had Splenda sweetened tea and zero sugar lemonade as shown in the picture of the drink bar. This wonderful for those of us watching sugar consumption. We’ll be back.
Staff were too preoccupied to take my order, so I left and went to another location where I was immediately acknowledged. Won’t be back.
I picked up lunch from them this week and Andi had the most amazing Customer service!!! She was professional, helpful and got me out expedisiously so that I wouldn't get back to work late!!
I understand that at times orders can be wrong and it’s a simple mistake. However, I have consistently had issues with my orders From this specific Newks location. Tonight was another instance of poor food preparation. My pizza is missing ingredients, it was not cut into slices, and it has no sauce. The avocado on my salad is brown and not edible. I was issued a refund on the salad And the manager was very helpful and easy to work with.

The “manager” Andy was EXTREMELY rude after they messed up a simple caesar salad. I don’t know what type of dressing this is but it’s not Caesar. A polite attitude, accountability, and a quick resolution would have made this right but I guess that’s too much to ask for.
Feta spinach soup was heavenly for the calories. Robust with flavor.
