Matcha pretty much tasted like water with a tiny amount of tea in it. The lightest color of green and not what anyone who knows matcha would want. Coffee was mediocre and watered down as well. Insane price for what they give you. During off hours workers think it's social hour and take longer than they should. Wasted a lot more money than I wanted, threw away both drinks, and went to Starbucks.I never make complaints, but the fact that this place costs so much and has really disappointing drinks is upsetting.

I used to really enjoy this Mugs location (Kavanaugh) for studying, but recently the staff has been very poor in customer service. I've given it several opportunities to prove me wrong; however, getting orders wrong and forgetting orders altogether continues with each visit. The workers behind the counter need direction on customer service- they act like they don't care and talk loudly about their personal lives and use profanity. The coffee is still good though! NLR location is so much better.

This has my go to breakfast place! They have seasonal coffee drinks that are original and inspired and sometimes boozy! Their breakfast tacos and burrito (especially with chorizo) are fantastic! Nice chill atmosphere, great insisted original coffee flavors and tasty food!

Staff is always so friendly and easy going! Typically quick turn around for orders. The atmosphere is always good and the customers are always friendly. This is a great place to get some work done without feeling like you’re in a quiet library or office.

Normal Tuesday around 0900. Took me 30 minutes to get my tacos, all the staff was very rude. A customer got so upset that he asked for a refund. I was literally in line to get a refund because I waited so long and then they gave me my box of cold tacos. I was not happy at all & was late for work because of this slow service. Mugs isn't this bad at NLR. This location in the Heights needs help!

French toast was delicious, with a nice crisp. Espresso was a little light for my liking but still good. Service was super friendly and the atmosphere is really relaxed. Lots of outdoor seating to enjoy which was a great bonus.

I live down the street from Mugs and would love for this to be my go to coffee shop every morning, HOWEVER, 9 out of 10 times I go there I have to wait 10-15 for just a latte. The kids working up front neither look like they care or do really care. They are always talking about their personal lives and not paying any attention. You guys need new management and employees.

Great space to have a meeting. Parking was a little cumbersome, however my experience made up for it. My caramel Macchiato was amazing! I'll be back!

This place is terrible. It is always hectic and there are always several issues at once. The problems take at least weeks to get resolved. The workers seem stressed and overworked. This place needs work. The orange juice costs 5 dollars??? That seems ridiculous. I would avoid coming here. You will get a better meal at IHOP or waffle house.

Phenomenal place to get some work done or just chill! The atmosphere is very inviting, staff was helpful and kind, and the music choice was excellent! ??
