I've been here a few times now and overall they cook up a pretty good meal. The fried rice was really good, the chow fun was good and prepared the correct way and the broccoli beef was decent. I guess my only complaint is with the sweet and sour spare ribs which are tasty but don't have enough meat for the price. But they do contain some sort of diced veggie (maybe a yam or sweet potato or something) which is not tasty at all. Otherwise a good Chinese food spot.

I placed an order for chicken and green beans add shrimp. I order this same meal every time I come to Little Rock. I noticed the past few times the food was poor quality from my first experience. This time was the worst. Instead of slices of chicken and the six shrimp, they chopped the chicken I guess to stretch it to make it appear that I have more and only two shrimp this time. The green beans tasted like they reheated them from a can. No more Mr. Chen’s for me.

Great variety of products in the store, and delicious food at the restaurant. We were lucky enough to be there on the last day of the season hot pot was offered, and we had a very fun and tasty hot pot experience! And plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

If you want a variety of delicious fresh options this is the place for you! Friendly service and great portion sizes for the cost. After eating shop the aisles of the market and take home a tasty treat.

Restaurant located inside the Asian market.Service was good.We had whole steamed fish, stir fried baby Napa cabbage and stir fried rice beef noodle. The steamed fish and the Napa cabbage were good and fresh. The noodle was ok.There were only another table but there were two little children running and screaming around the restaurant. No fault of the restaurant

General TSO chicken was not good at all. Way too ketchup-y (if that's a word). We got something like a Taiwanese pan fried noodle dish which was pretty good. Was very hard to communicate with server. We asked about a vegetable dish what kind of veggies and she said "she's not sure, whatever they have left over back there"...we passed on that.

I was passing thru Littlerock on my way home to Austin after a work trip. I’d been driving for about 10 hours and was Jonsin’ for some Chinese food. I randomly picked Mr Chen. SO glad I did! The food is amazing! Absolutely delicious! Stop in, you WONT be disappointed.

Some one told me about the place, saying that the food was so good. It was terrible eggs in my shrimp fry rice was burned ? ? and dry.I came in for 2 lunch special, paid $26.80 and he didn't give me a receipt. I asked him for one he said I didn't need one, because he knew what I ordered. I got 5 shrimp in the rice and 1 egg roll.it was so bad,I will never buy anything from them again. I will stick to Foolin Chinese foodThat's what I get for trying something new.

I had sweet and sour pork and it was disgusting! Every piece had little bones in it! It was neck bone meat! Sharp shards of bone. How are you supposed to eat that ?? I couldn’t even give it to my dog!! I would never, never recommend this place!!!

Wish Google distinguished between the the restaurant and the grocery store in the same storefront. This grocery store is probably the most diverse Asian grocery in Arkansas. Products from the Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Korea, multiple regions of China. Meat, fish and seafood in the back.
