Most friendly employees I think I've ever encountered at a restaurant. They make you want to come back.
The Moe's on Chenal has been slowly declining in service over the years. They are always out of something and have an ever changing cast of "employees" (even before COVID). Today I go in, only two people ahead of me. One was already checking out and the other getting ready to check out (and they looked disgusted with the service so I probably should have known then). Three employees walk back and forth from the order line to the register and not one of them acknowledged me. The girl (who I'm assuming was making on line orders took 5 minutes to stir and pour cheese dip into a cup while cursing because she later picked up a hot tortilla and still as I stood in front of her for 5 minutes , she did not acknowledge nor tell the other employees that I had not been served. After the "manager" is done checking the person in front of me out, she comes to ( after 10minutes of no acknowledgement) talk to the rest of the crew while playing in her hair. Now there are four people standing in front of me, two other employees not far away from them and as I turn to walk off, the manager and another employee who had been walking back and forth say ohh..as I'm walking out the door. Y'all SUCK!! Moe's train your employees better. Even in these trying times, good service should still exist. On this you are in full LACK!!!
Completely gone down hill. Walked in with my family and we were behind 2 people. 25 minutes later they had finally put our 3rd burrito together. The chips were stale, the floor stuck to our shoes and the overall impression we got from the staff was that we were a nuisance to be here. Management needs to get it together, this isn't an employee problem it's a Management problem.
I went into the store on Chenal Parkway at a time most restaurant staff dread to see patrons, right before closing. I apologized for coming in late and from the first employee to the last they assured me they were here to work to the last customer left. This is practically unheard of today. In fact, one said, "Ma'm, I'm here to work to the last minute to serve our customers." These guys, Jaylub, Josh, Marquise, and Keshawn run a tight ship! And the food was fresh and deee-lish! Thanks guys!!!

I came in at 8pm, one hour hour before closing. All of the employees were cleaning the store as if they were closed. I stood at the counter waiting 3 minutes before anyone acknowledged by presence other than the muttered remarks of disgust from me being there as I walked in. The food was clearly sitting out for a while and looked like it was seconds away from being thrown away. So much for the “Welcome to Moe’s” … I was greeted with the exact opposite. I’ll just stick to going to chipotle, the food isn’t my favorite but a little customer service goes a long way.
Had the steak nachos. Was very good. The steak meat along was the boom/Very Good. Will be getting steak with more of the menu options.
Food is bland as usual. Customer service was tepid and lackluster. I only came to use a promotion that was in the app, but the promotion wouldn’t load after several tries. Chipotle is the way to go.
