OMG!!! This has to be the worst franchise owned McDonald's it is. First of all, the service is slow. So slow that customers walked out, no one at register to greet customers. Then there was an unbearable smell in the restaurant. I walked in when a guest asked the manager what was the smell, and he replied that all McDonald's have the same smell. Not the ones I've been to! It smelled as of the floor had been mopped with a sour, dirty mop. Workers have no hairnets on, hats or gloves, oh my God. Who owns this place? Surely a company that's in it solely for the money!! Avoid at all cost!!
The lady that works the window at 4am - 11am is great. I have been driving through at this location regularly for over a year and she is friendly even at 5am! I order drive through alot at many locations and many different restaurants...she by far the best. Just an FYI
Came to the window and the lady kept tryna hand me cokes when all I had was one sweet tea. All while being on the phone. She continues to try and hand me the cokes and tells her coworker “she won’t take her order” then I proceeded to say I had a sweet tea and thats all. She finally handed me the sweet tea barely full and no straw. Sat there for another 5-10 minutes until someone finally acknowledged me. Just Ghetto.
Got a chicken Sandwich and the sandwich is overcooked. Gives its a rubbery texture and it takes awhile to chew.Not to mention the very uninterested workers who seem to rush you through the ordering process and not wanting to hand out receipts
The workers are too lazy to either clean or make a frappe… this is the 5-6th time I’ve ordered a frappe and they say they can’t do a frappe.. I recommend going to any other restaurant around them. You’ll get exactly what you ordered!
Worst frappé ever. Huge chunks of ice. I watched the manager (female, Tuesday, 5/18/2022 @ 11:30am) berate a senior lady (late 60's) over the customer's complaint that her breakfast sandwich was not fresh. The manager did not address the customer's concern and instead embarrassed her with a barrage of theatrics and loud speaking until the customer quietly walked away. Just shameful.
Been Sunday mornings these place is over staff ,is the right amount of employees,wrong crew,,,on the meaning that there's a few doing what they want,it needs more organization, orders are ready but not given to customers, people waiting for more then 20 minutes for their breakfast. Sunday mornings is a busy morning,,they should know better
For as busy as they are or as busy as they seen they always seem to be they are still very courteous and very polite well-mannered and pretty prompt in getting your your food and always willing to accommodate if there's any services needed
I got 2 items only, even though it was busy my order was completed really fast. I have to say speed of service McDonald's does very well.
10 out of 10 do not recommend this location! I've ordered here today made 6 times and every single time my order has been wrong {1 of those was only a drink order and still wrong} or was missing things! Workers are rude, slow and unsanitary! Even went inside this time and waited over 20 minutes to even get my order taken. For it to still be wrong..
