The employees were super nice in the drive-thru but when I got home I realized I was missing a burger (I wasn't charged for it thankfully) and I was given the wrong dipping sauce for the chicken nuggets. I went to this location because apparently the one on Rodney Parham has been closed down.
Pretty much all On their phones. No greetings or thanks. Had to be asked what my order was twice. Drive thru
I just left the drive thru the wait before anyone answered the intercom to take my order was over 5 minutes. I couldn't understand the girl when she did answer. I get to the window to pay I found out why. She was chewing on a straw and I still couldn't understand her when she took my money she never took the straw out of her mouth! So I get to the pick up window they want to know if I paid that girl before I can even have my order! What the **** this place is bad so bad who is supervising the late crew. Something needs to be done about it. Don't go there old gas station food is better than them. I wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to. AWFUL PLACE.
They can't get enough employees or any to stay on long enough to be a "fast" food restaurant. But the manager and the three or four people who do work there are friendly everytime and take pride in offering good service so long as you aren't in a hurry. They do the best they can in a community full of go getters...take HER to work in the morning and go get HER in the afternoon, because these lazy men around are just that GO GET HER'S!
The kids love the huge play place. Employees came through pretty often to wipe down tables. I like the option to order through the app (one of the happy meals was free because we ordered using the app), at the kiosk, or in-person. They brought our food out to us and even asked if we wanted refills. The kids played for almost two hours in the giant play area and still wanted to stay longer. The one area that was pretty bad was the men's restroom, but I think that was more of a bad customer than poor cleaning because it was fixed quickly. It can be a tough area to get in and out of during rush hour, so just be aware. So, so, so much better than the McDonald's near us. I'd definitely come back to this location.
the workers yelled at me and my friend. they missed our fries and we told them and they caused a big argument about it and tried to make us pay for it even though we had already paid
They were slow. There was yelling coming from the back. It sounded like they were yelling at somebody through the drive through. The pop machine was delivering nothing but carbonated water. There was no tea and there was no ketchup. My fish fillet was undercooked. There was no salt in my fries. I honestly have to say this is the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had ?
I haven't ate at McDonald's in the past 1.5 yrs because I'm trying to eat healthy. But friends and my son love it! Always a great place to eat.
Well, it's McDonald's, so unless you live under a rock, you probably know what to expect. It's late, so I went through the drive-thru-- or I tried, anyway. It's one of those double versions: "any lane, any time," except apparently it wasn't, because I sat there for 10 solid minutes being ignored while car after car went through the other lane. There was zero indication that my lane was closed, and no, I wasn't sitting there in blind optimism that they would eventually get to me. The double lane becomes a single one just past the menu boards, and I had to wait for that to clear before I could move, due to the two poor souls who had pulled up behind me.I finally was able to get out, but dang it, I was hungry and this was the only option, so I went back around and got into the working lane. I sat there for a hot minute, and had almost decided it was a me problem, when someone finally told me to "go ahead with your order." I asked for the "4 for 4" deal, expecting to me asked "which 4," since there's a short list of choices, but all she mumbled was "what's your drink and sauce." I was slightly taken aback, but my order was already on the digital screen, and since it coincided with what I had planned to get-- a McDouble and 4 Mcnuggets-- I said, "Sweet tea and hot mustard, thank you." I was invited to pull around to the first window, which I did, and paid. Then, after another considerable span of minutes, I made it to the second window, where I was handed a bag and a drink and waved off.McDouble: present, but only half-wrapped. Reasonably tasty, as long as you keep in mind that you're eating McDonald's.Fries: dittoMcnuggets: I'm not entirely sure they were cooked through. Weird aftertaste. No straw, no napkin, no offer of ketchup, and-- worst of all-- NO HOT MUSTARD. Maybe the weird aftertaste is always present, and I never noticed before because I always have my trusty hot mustard. I ended up tossing half the burger bun, about a third of the fries, and a nuggy into the trash. Extremely disappointing trip, which will cure me of any need to visit Mickey D's for at least a year. The tea is pretty good, though.
The lady that took my order today inside of the restaurant was flawless. She got my entire order correct, and it came out super fast! I even gave her a shout out inside of the restaurant bc that's how much she amazed me!! Thanks again!!
