Worst McDonalds I've ever encountered. It should not carry the name. Food was normal, but drink machine was broken. Floors were filty and all tables were filty too. Most health departments would lock these doors if they inspected it today. Beyond disgusting with flies everywhere
this McDonald’s honestly deserves to be shut down. the employees are rude as hell every single time i come. they get my order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME! the girl in the window is rude as hell always has an attitude. she took my order and didn’t tell me my total or say anything else i waited and said hello? she said "you supposed to pull up" all for cold food…
Considering that McD's is know for their fries, you would think they would take care to get them right. Nope. They were undercooked, soggy & limp. Such a disappointment. Please McD's, I will wait for the good fries. ? ? ?
This is a horrible location. The drinks are always disgusting, the food is never good, orders are always wrong, and customer service is stuck up, rude, and awful. We have been inside twice to this location, and both times employees started randomly cussing us out because of my dad's service dog even after being shown the file. Inside is also very nasty, the tables are never cleaned, the floors are sticky, and it stinks.
This location in the daytime is great; timely drive thru, nice food, etc. But the late night/overnight service? Awful. Don't even go. Worst late night service of any 24hr McDonald's. Waited at the order speaker for 20 minutes just to not have my order take nor would they take my order when I pointed this out at the window. Maybe a whole 3 or 4 people in the whole place with 7 or 8 cars in line. A good location in the day, but at night just don't bother because they won't get around to taking your order anyway.
If this location is supposed to close at 1:30 am, why would the staff stop accepting orders at 12? There were multiple cars waiting 30+ minutes for assistance, some drove off after a while. Since I had a mobile order I was waiting until I made it to the last window, waited additional 10 minutes saw 3 workers blatantly ignoring customers to talk to their friends in the lobby. Someone finally came to the window to lie and say they never received my order.Avoid this location!!
This location closed before midnight with two employees blocking the drive thru. Definitely not going to be back.
Every time I go to this McDonalds my order is always messed up in some way. I have also never gotten sauce in my bag here before, I always have to go around again and I’m always met with a rude attitude. Most recently the guy at the drive thru would not even let us finish ordering before telling us to drive around and when we went to pay and get the food, the lady at the window yelled at us because the man put our food with somebody else’s order. We also watched her berate an employee in front of several customers. Definitely would not recommend this place. It’s also pretty unprofessional to yell at your customers and then cuss out one of your employees in front of them
Very busy location, employees work very hard and stay very busy. Sometimes an order may get lost, and tables have been dirty pretty consistently when I've gone inside. That said, it's mostly a drive-thru location, and some of the impersonality of drive-thru customers becomes visibly fatiguing at times. Staff is great and consistent.
Went to McDonald’s in Colony West today. Haven’t been there in a long time. I had spent an hour and a half over the lunch hour at an inspection in NLR and I was hungry. The lady who took my order at the drive through was so patient (while I was looking for my credit card, it was not in it’s normal place for some reason. Then she took my order. I drove to the first window to pay and told the lady she sounded so sweet over the speaker. She said that probably her sister. They sounded alike to me. The lady taking my money was up beat, seemed happy to be there smiled, it was great! Her name is Fantasia. I didn’t get her sister’s name unfortunately. They make a great team with their positive attitude and professionalism!
