I love coming to this location I’m always greeted by this wonderful lady with a warm and nice greeting Latesha Cutts she makes sure my order is correct and that I’m fully satisfied. This type of gratitude and great customer service makes my experience great every time I look forward to returning to this location more often KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK ?
My experience wasn't good one morning. But overall this store is nasty. I had purchased breakfast and the very last thing I expected to happen did! A fly in the very last sip of my Mocha Frappe!!!!!!! I heard the thing coming through the straw and chomped on it thinking it was a piece of hardened chocolate syrup or something...a freaking FLY!!!!
It's a good pace for a fast food restaurant but employees could be a lot less rude!!!! But mostly the food is always hot n fresh!!!!
Rude employees that pay little attention on the orders. They gave me my bag without 2 bottles of water without noticing order was not ready. And they had not ketchup in all the restaurant. Who is putting attention to their supplies?
Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hashbrowns ... almost 30 dollars this morning... got home sausage egg Mcmuffin was missing... I called from 10am all the way up to 1130... they would not answer... that was an almost 5 dollar mcmuffin ... the lady at the window called my order back to me while I was at window, I then asked ..."so 4 breakfast sandwiches and 4 hashbrowns, correct?" She said yes. They were during breakfast rush so I didn't double check bag. The least they could do is answer phone so I could let them know and I could maybe be compensated later...
Food and atmosphere are great but it almost every McDonald's I go to the service sucks
They are only getting three stars because they didn't have any coffee how do McDonald's run out of coffee come on now other than that this is the best McDonald's I have ever been to the employees are so nice and so mannerable

Very very disrespectful and rude. Staying in a hotel across the street and we can't get food because we don't have a car?? Definitely calling the Manager and general manager first thing in the morning.
