We use the drive thru at this location quite often. Have never had a bad experience. Workers are kind and courteous, food is hot and fresh.
Had a great time here. Friendly staff and clean environment
O I love this McDonald's. The manager is so amazing. She's a bull
Came in and sat in the drive-through on a Sunday evening about 10:15 pmSat in line for over 20 minutes behind another car just to be told after sitting there for 20 minutes that they were closed for the evening even though there's a sign that clearly says that they close at 11 o'clockSo I went in the following day to express my concern with management and and they took down my name and number to call me at a later time that day to see how they could rectify my experienceGUESS WHAT?IT'S going on 7 days NOW and I STILL have not heard from managementNOW I SEE why the store runs like it does at night This is so unacceptable I will not be back
Waited at the speaker closest to the building, the other line was moving, so I drove around to the window to find Ramona, cashier with nasty attitude every time I’m in contact with her, I told her the speaker did not seem to be working since three or four cars had moved in the outside line and I was still waiting to order at the busted speaker… I asked her could I order two sweet teas. She stated I had to drive back around… So I drive back around to order she tells me the machine is broken, which she could have said that the first time, she started it broke at 10:30 last night…. The two morning ladies are great that works through the week, great customer skills and good vibes always smiling…Ramona needs to find something else that fits her, poor customer skills….
10::58 in the morning...after sitting in line waiting to order. I was politely informed that they didn't serve lunch menu until 11:00....CLOWNS
burgers were great. frys was mostly in the bottom of sack. had three orders and fry containes were only half full, if that. there were at least one large container of frys in the bottom of the sack.
I rarely eat McDonald's food any more. I worked there for years and grew up eating Big Macs nearly every day of my teenage life. Enough. But they are a staple and I know the flavors, so in a pinch, I'll drive through. Just. Like. Today. In my years of both eating and working at this champion of fast food, I learned that ANY customer's experience, whether a lengthy dine-in or the shortest of drive-thru orders, is viewed by that customer as a "time of my life" visit or an "I'd rather go through intestinal flu" disaster, and everything in between. And simply put, a major part of what led up to this decision is HOW THE CUSTOMER WAS TREATED. It's not just the product, but by and large the staff and management that make or break every. Single. Experience.Kudos to McDonald's food, again, as always. As I said, it's a staple and it earned that through consistency. Unfortunately, what ruins it for some people are those employees, from entry level to upper management, who seem determined to make sure you KNOW that the customer is NOT always right, nor do they always matter first. In my case on this case: good ole management. My order was simple, as it has been for the last year or so: a Mcdouble with extra, extra pickles, also a SIDE of pickles (usually a 4-piece box with about 10 to 12 pickle slices, just enough), and a small fry. I've ordered this numerous times at numerous McDonald's locations, all with no static. But no, not today, sir. Do NOT pass go, do NOT collect $200.I paid at the first window, a very nice young lady with a cheery smile and disposition brightened my day. Pulled to Window 2 for pickup and I asked the young man if they got my side of pickles as well. He was new, evidenced by his immediate turning to the woman beside him in a yellow McDonald's blouse. He spoke, she frowned and took over his place. After stern questioning with even harsher looks, the woman, a member of management, I perceived, informed me that even though every other McDonald's had filled this simple request with ease AND for free, I was NOT right and would have to pay some fifty five cents extra for the pickles on the side. I might have continued arguing with this rude woman (THE face of McDonald's at that moment, another fact so many tend to forget), but I found her hard looks and nasty tone to be more infuriating than anything and I didn't feel like letting my mood lift from the sweetheart in Window 1 be ruined by such a mean-spirited MANAGER. I told them to keep their pickles since theirs were so much more valuable than those of the other stores. The food was, as always, predictably decent. Honestly, all other comments I had thought of at the time were swallowed up by the overall wet-blanket feel of that woman's attitude with me.To all McDonald's employees who do their best every day, and especially those like that ray of sunshine at Window 1 that day, I apologize for this review having a darker tone since I never mean to take away from the greater good you do with the public. Always keep kind words and a bright smile, seeing as how the smile you pass on is often the best thing some people see all day.
I've been taking advantage of my mc Donald's ap and the deals with in at this specific location for more than a year. They're fast, foods always right, service is friendly and polite. Whether picking up, driving through or ordering inside.BUT. they are 100% not even trying to fill the fries no matter which size you've ordered. The same scoop lands in my happy meal box as my dads large. Literally I have compared the two by weight and had them almost even. And it's not because there's a bunch in the bag. Today there wasn't a single fry in the bag. Much to our puppers' dismay. As they have claim on all bag fries. Its usually not quite this bad. But today I really wish I'd looked before leaving so I could have looked them in the face and asked them "Dafuq?" Like... seriously?
This place is never open earlier in the morning. Like people will be there and there web page seas there open at 5am but there not. Employees are slow. Fell asleep once in the drive through waiting on them.
