Went through the drive thru to grab some breakfast for me and my mother. There were two cars in front of me, but excepted the wait. The issue, I encountered was when I placed my order. I mispronounced a couple of items which is normal with someone with my condition. However, the male employee that took my order laughed and pronounced the order back to me trying to contain his laughter. I called and spoke to the manager about the experience and was questioned by the manager asking, "Which lane were you in?" I told her the first lane in the drive thru. She said, "That lane was closed." I know the lane was not closed, because there two cars in front of me that placed orders. She asked "What car were you driving? We can look at the footage." I told her the red Nissan. She asked, "How do you know that he was laughing at you? He could have been laughing at a coworker. He is the best employee ever." Her tone was not rude, but very defensive. I responded that if he is/was laughing with a coworker make sure the mic is not on for the customer to hear, because that is misleading. The manager said that she will see how to make it better. The phone conversation ended. I'm not on the inside of the building to see what is going on in there. But the manager's line of questioning could be done in more of a professional way. Even if the employee is the best and this is not a normal thing to happened with the employee. Still be respectful to the customer that is bring up the issue they experienced.

Pulled up to the menu and waited a good 45 minutes before someone came across the speaker to ask me for my order.. they did that by saying what do you want? I was a little shocked but ordered a 4 for 4 with a McDouble .. an immediate answer came over the speaker and see we don't have that, what else? I said what do you have and they replied anything else on the menu. I ordered a nugget meal and proceed to the next window. The woman there was decent to me so no complaints there . I pulled up to the second window only to wait another 5 minutes and the guy that took my order on the speaker was at the pickup window with the same attitude he had when I was in the drive-thru. Except this time he did not speak a word to me he handed me my food close the window opened it back up handed me my drink and close the window. Brewed managers like that is what will make me take my business elsewhere for now on

The Food was good the service was good. They have a great set up but the dining area needed cleaning the floors need sanitizing or bleaching to get rid of the sour smell. This is common in many understaffed establishments but it still should be one of the priorities. I will go back to check because of the people.

With only 2 cars at the drive thru I waited 15 mins and called to verify if DoorDash uses the “walk up” window when the dining area is closed. I was hung up on. Still waiting in the drive thru line and called 6 more times and SHE answer hello a couple times when I said doordash. Never did get the customers order

Are we serving a spoon size amount of eggs these days?!? What a disappointment and lack of effort to supply a customer with an adequate amount for what they paid for. I won’t be spending anymore money with you.

This is the worst McDonald's I have been too. I've been here multiple times, and every time all of the workers are very snotty and rude. They always give all the customers very dirty looks. If you go up up the counter for any reason, including picking up up order, making an order, getting an order fixed, informing them of anything, need help for any reason, etc., they will roll their eyes at you, walk right past you, and completely ignore you. Many times multiple workers will be standing right up front running their mouths, and talking trash about customers. When you go in to order, most the time you will be waiting for at least 10 minutes for someone to come assist you, while workers give you dirty looks, roll their eyes at you, keep walking, and continue to ignore you. They also discriminated very rudely against my dad and his service dog today, and it was ridiculous. I also stood up there trying to get someone's help, because they were out of tea inside, and there were others needing to order, and one who had a messed up order. All of the workers did what they always do, rolling their eyes at us, giving us very rude dirty looks, and just walking by not helping anyone. The drive through workers act the same way, throw your money and card back you, slam the windows shut, and are very rude. The drinks are always disgusting, the food is always cold, orders are never right, the entire inside is filthy, including tables, floors, and counters. This is a horrible mcdonalds to ever go to. NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.

I'm giving 3 stars for mainly the service, not so much the food. It's Micky D so the food is roughly the same at every location. I had the McMuffin meal and added an extra hashbrown. When I got to the window the guy was already holding the bag out the window. I'm thinking, wow, speedy service today. A bit too speedy cuz there was only 1 hashbrown in there. I told him and he said there were 2 hashbrowns in the bag. He said it TWICE. I replied with no, only 1. Then he closed the window for a few seconds, then reopened it with another small bag, saying "here's another one".The incompetence is truly baffling. If you can't look at a screen, see 3 items, and put those 3 items in a bag, you're in the wrong line of work. ?

Went through the drive through window and it took approximately 30 minutes before receiving my order. I used my reward point to get a free fish sandwich. Finally, after driving away i thought to check my sandwich. The buns was so cold it was as if they had taken it straight from the refrigerator and slapped it together. The fish patty had very little heat due to the cold buns (I'm guessing) and the cheese was curled up on two corners that was not between the sandwich. Evidently the cheese had not been wrapped to preserve it's quality and freshness. I parked and decided to go into the restaurant (refusing to get into that long line again) to ask if they would make it over. After entering in the store... No-one was there to help the 2 customers that had been waiting for quite awhile. At that point I left and trashed the "Outdated North Pole" sandwich.

We stopped by for a quick meal on Easter (of all days). The greeter was not friendly nor was he clear on repeating our order. I had to reclarify the order and he was actually more rude at the window. He walked away w/o handing the entire order to us and I believe the manager handed us the remaining of the order....This was a simple task to handle. But, kids will be kids.

I deliver for Door Dash and I also use to bring my kids here. I understand the value in trying to do your best with a limited staff. However, I don't understand how you only run 1 side of your drive-thru simply because you don't want to work. Management is horrible so you can't really blame the staff because attitude reflects leadership. No one should have to wait for more than 30 minutes just to place an order. The district and general manager cannot know this is going on. Someone please inform them.Sincerely,McDone
