Ever since the relocation of the Broadway McDonald’s, service has been phenomenal. I’m always in & out the drive-thru in less than 10 minutes.
PLEASE DON’T EAT HERE! I got a large order of fries that were stale! I’m not going to waste my time calling them because they messed up my last two orders. I’m filing a complaint with the health department.
Went there because they were the only one open. The crispy chicken sandwich was over cooked (almost burnt) and had a slightly fishy taste. Had to throw it away.
This location is Very Rude. I ordered 2 {4 of 4 } and a Big MAC I Asked could you put it in 2 bags and the Young lady told me No and slammed the window in my Face and Told me Goodnight. Witch was very Unprofessional like my Grandma Taught me that if your going to be rude I don't have to give you my Money I can take my Money somewhere else IF I could rate this location a 0 star I would and I Hope there corporate office see this too
If you aren't using the APP you're throwing money and free food away. Promise, get it on your phone and use it, you'll love it.
I've only been here a few times and I loved it they were really friendly. But the last time I went. The line was wrapped around the building ask the way back to the road. I didn't knew if there were 2 lines or one. And honestly I can't really say service was bad because I didn't Make it that far. One of the employees came out and she'd me to move to lane 2. She acted like she had a little attitude. I proceeded to lane 2. The cat in front of me didn't move the other lane was moving but I was so mad u just left.
Poor customer service, rude staff (including the manager even, I believe), and orders often wrong. When you bring something back that was made incorrectly, they act like you are an inconvenience. I only go to this location periodically because it’s the only one around the area. That may soon stop given my last few experiences. I’m glad they’re opening a Chick fil A across the street. That will be more worthy of my business.
I don't mind paying the .49 cent I am charged for whipped cream in my coffee, but when I look in the cup, within seconds of the coffee reaching my hand, and there is no evidence off whipped cream being in it that presents a problem. I pay $2.63 per cup of coffee and I need it fixed right. This is not the first time. I have tried to call, but I cannot get through to anyone. Order numbers 1463 and 1411 were not correct this week.
Standard take out mcdonalds but really gave me a lot of pickles and onions on my cheeseburgers like i askedcand paid $.15 per extra topping. ...thank you nameless cook at mickyDs!
