Clean establishment. Low-key, friendly staff. Standard fare does not disappoint the spud-loving vegetarian.Restrooms could be improved.
Fantastic food, great counter service person, and great carrot cake. Can’t wait to come back and try something else.
Traveling through I stopped at this location for my McAlister’s fix.Entering a dead empty location at 6:30 should have been all the warning I needed, but I’m an addict.Ordered a club, chicken dumplings and tea.Nearly 20 minutes later the food arrived the chicken dumplings so desiccated the spoon stood straight up and it was gummy.So I asked to switch to potato soup, it was equal as bad with a plastic taste. I gave up….Just skip this location save yourself.

They always come through with great food and good customer service. This may be weird but for some reason out of all of the locations I've visited. This location gives me a creepy filling, the seating area seems dark ? and like I said it weird but I get creeped out. So with that being said I've never ate in the seating area lol.
McCalister's food and tea is good as always. Pre-ordering online leaves a lot to be desired. Add about 15-20 minutes to any online order.
Food was ok but the place was very dirty. No tables cleared off and when they finally cleared them they didn't bother wiping them off. Women's bathroom didn't look like it had been cleaned in days.
The food and service deserve 5 stars today, but if you judge this restaurant based on cleanliness it deserves 1 star. It looks like it’s been a month since the floors have been cleaned and the bathrooms are disgusting. The countertops may have been wiped, trash emptied and supplies restocked, but that’s it.
I had the pepper jack turkey sandwich and it was mostly like just eating a small loaf of bread. It was barely any turkey on it. Not worth another visit and I also didnt get my pickle. The food was really good here yea ago. I was shocked.
Bathrooms were filthy, takeout orders were incorrect and missing items, lettuce in the salad should’ve been thrown away a week ago. Normally really love this chain but unfortunately this location did not measure up.
