This was by far my worst experience I have ever had with any restaurant for one I didn't receive all of the items my group paid for due to chaos! The left side of my body was covered in butter as well as my hair by a waitress once I alarmed the staff they gave a nonchalant and very dry oh sorry... it couldn't have been less sympathetic and sarcastic... as my first time it was a horrible experience.. also another member of my group was covered in seafood juices and butter.. One of the males of our group stated that he felt an action should be taken place such as a discount on my meal due to the inconvenience and a staff member said it's nothing we can sue about it we don't do freebies here.. nobody asked for anything free as the situation escalated another employee approached the table saying she doesn't want customers like us there and we are not welcome... we asked for our check several times during the argument between one of our party members and the staff member.. in which our total came to +150 I was livid because I arrived at the restaurant later than everyone else so I didn't get all my food that was paid for.. this situation has left me beyond disbelief that the staff would behave in such a way... the staff member threatened to become PHYSICAL several times just because we inquired about how poorly we were being treated. I will be contacting the news about this incident.. such poor service and I'm extremely disappointed as I had high hopes for this business.

Between Lulus seafood and Mighty Crabs ,lulu’s the best. They don’t cook the heck out of their crab and shrimp like mighty crabs due. Mighty crabs Sauce will choke the heck out of you. I wanna enjoy my seafood not choke on it. LULU’s is the place to go.?

Service good, prices good. Food was bland. It was a good experience.

Seafood is my love language. When you can't get to the ocean. Lulu brought it to me! I think I was supposed to have sausage in my meal kit, but I didn't even notice that it was missing until after dinner was over. :)

The oysters were fried perfectly and the po'boy was stuffed. However they clearly aren't from Louisiana or they haven't got the point across to staff. You don't spread roumelade thinly with a knife. You slather it on so it drips. Could hardly taste the sauce. Modelo beer is a bit skunky as usual. Estrella Jalisco is better than Pacífico if you like a light lager and hate the pizzwater that some people still drink. The seafood boils and crawdads are all done very well. The rest would be five stars except for that barely visible roumelade smear

Its so hard finding good seafood in Arkansas. About everywhere you can tell has frozen fish or just doesnt cook it right. Drove by with the wife hungry and were looking for somewhere to eat when we noticed this little hole in the wall place with a seasonal menu and market prices. We were the only table there but there were many pickup orders which tells you we wernt the only ones who think the food here is amazing!

we had the best shrimp here. fresh and cooked perfectly. impeccable service, too.

Very nice and very clean establishment with newer furnishings and decor. Waitress was unbelievably nice and very attentive. We had the fried oysters and the Monday/Tuesday shrimp and fish special. Food was amazing and came out very fast (still steaming). We also had the beignets for dessert. All were very fresh and very good. We loved this spot. We will definitely be back. A+

This was my second time here. The first time was great. This time not so much, my crab legs were over cooked. All the sauce was at the bottom of the pan. There was no sauce on my crab legs at all. Not my preference for resting crab legs.

Shared a Sunday Family meal with 1 added lobster tail. Lobster tail was awful. Stuck to the shell and almost impossible to get out. Little to no flavor. Fish was nothing special. Shrimp overcooked and over seasoned. Crab legs were ok. If you’re looking for a flavorful meal, this aint it. And no lime to serve with the Mexican beers they offered.Bottom line…:. Not worth the $$$.
