Salsa was watery, chips tasted greasy like they were fried yesterday, the guacamole dip was bland with a spoiled taste, i ordered the queso dip that was pretty decent.
The music from the bar was so loud my family couldn't carry on a conversation at our table. They need to decide if they want a club or a restaurant. The bar at restaurants are supposed to complement not overshadow. The food is good but the atmosphere from the bar comes off as a club. We probably won't come back because of the extremely loud music.
Had the house enchiladas - chicken with this house green sauce which is sour cream, jalapeños, tomatillos, and no telling what else. My, oh my. Can't remember what it's called but I will be back for more. My husband loved the chile relleno, too. See y'all again!
The staff was very friendly, and the restaurant was very clean and looked awesome.The chips they served you came with two small bowls and salsa that you could pour into each from a separate container. great touch.The food came quickly, and was amazing. it looked as good as it tasted. I particularly like the little pot-shapped cup my coffee came in. I've included a picture.I will definitely be returning, and would highly recommend.
The last time we was there they changed our credit card twice. We called and went up there several times. They said the manager was not there. He said it was not there fault. We went to our bank and filed a complaint. They denied our claim and said not of enough proof. So we sent the receipt where it showed we was billed twice. The bank gave us a refund. The manager is a crook, so watch your receipt. Will never go back to this place. Wish we could gave them zero stars!
Food sucked waitstaff didn't check on us... I'm assuming because she knew she already got an preadded gratuity!
Alll foods are so delicious. Been in there many many times always great food. Friendly wait staff . my favorite Mexican restaurant.
I rated this place 1 star only because I couldn't rate a zero. Let's begin when we waited to be seated and everyone kept passing us by and ignoring us, finally get seated and we sit at our table and watch as every server including ours just passes our table without even a "hello" or "I'll be right with you" NOTHING! People would pass our table and look at us and just keep walking the server even asked the table next to us if they were ok and walked away...needless to say we got up and walked out and went another place and had a wonderful time. Also I need to add they weren't even busy at all the time we went in.
Excellent place. My gf loves the octopus ceviche tostada things. I love the Pollo Hawaiiano.The seasoning on the meat is so delicious..
Overall “Not Good” at all. The service is slow and inattentive. The food is not good. Nothing is authentic everything is from a can. It taste store bought. We sat in the bar area and the bartender said she was not our server. So she didn’t serve us. Also the get the chips out of the warmer with their bare hands, no gloves, no scoop, nothing just bare hands.
