It's ALWAYS a problem here, when it comes to the Money Center/Customer Service booth. Ots either closed or machines aren't working. Besides that, stock is low. Its been 3 weeks since I 8nitially came to this store, and it's STILL out of toilet paper. There are more security cameras here than humans to work the lines. Speaking of which, there's 3 self check out lines but only 1 will ever be open.
Staffing issues are everywhere, but the customer service desk should always be staffed. The lack of attention to detail is apparent throughout the store. Leaders need to show how to work by example not “do as I say, not as I do”.I refuse to use a self checkout if I have more than one or two bags to fill. That used to be 2 jobs, now I have to do both checking and bagging??? No thanks. I hope you take the time to address the issues everyone is thinking about.
Terrible grocery store. One time I saw a rat in the storage when the door was open the guy that brings products from the storage told me yeah that's normal. Their bakery and deli section sucks. No freshly baked bread and no body is serving at the deli.
I went to Kroger to buy crackers . They had no crackers at all. Went right down the street to Edwards food store and they had plenty. So tell me this how does the largest food store in the nation run out of product and a smaller food company have plenty. TELL ME
SLOW. NO EMPLOYEES. 5:52pm Friday Dec 3, 2021Only 2 cashiers (one moving a glacial pace)At least 25 people in self-checkout line. 7-10 in the two normal lines. My frozen items are defrosting in the line.
Miserable inside. 2 human checkers and 1 row of self checkers. Self checker had 6 people with 10 waitingHuman checkers with 3-4 people waiting.I seldom come here anymore for this reason. The Only reason I stopped is there were and still are lots of parking spots available. Used to be no parking and long lines, now it’s plenty of parking and long lines at the check out. Looks like the word about the lack of timely service is getting out. At least they are consistent.I had to leave, couldn’t wait.
Love love LOVE this store. It is always clean and everyone is so friendly. They are always fully stocked and the quality is better than most. The man who takes my pick up orders to my car is just the sweetest. I highly recommend this location.
I waited in a lane to be checked out. The gentleman that was checking switched out with Cindy who decided it would be a good idea to take care of another customer before getting to me. I’ve never felt so disrespected in an already unwelcoming store.
