This location is ghetto. They care nothing about customer service nor do they care about food quality, presentation, nor accuracy. The employees appeared ghetto with their pants sagged and their nonchalant attitude and attention to details. I will never go to this location again and do not recommend anyone that expects decent customer service to choose this location.
KFC was closed during the dinner rush. This location is always problematic in one way or another, but being closed ended it for me. The rudeness from the worker announcing the closure didn't help. At least Popeye's directly across the street was open. Sad though because KFC was my first choice. Never again!
They never have any chicken ready! They give you the wrong food...all the time. As of 06/02/2022 they don't let people into to store, you have to go threw drive thru....they never ready to serve the public. They suck in customer service. We need another KFC to choose from.
Worst KFC ever on west Markham west little rock. Often a long wait just to get to the speaker to order to find out they are out of Original recipe write meat. In the last few weeks it has been awful service. Once I got to the speaker to place my order and the person said we are in the middle of a shift change at 4pm and I ask so what does that mean and she said return in 30 minutes. Another time I went at noon and the guy said we probably want open for a couple of hours. Another time I order the 3 pick big box after a.long wait because they were out of wings and when I drove off the order only included 3 drum sticks. Over $11 Really???
I visited this location on 2 different days, two days in between each visit and each day they said there would be a 45 minute wait on chicken. They said all they had were strips.. so I just settled and ordered the strips and they were old! The macaroni was dry/old. As high as food is at least you could do is not serve old food.
Food is ok. But you will not get a correct order going through the drivethru. I don’t go here often because of the likelihood something will be messed up. Usually it’s something small like forgetting a fork or sauce, but sometimes it’s bigger issues. I’ve worked fast food before, so I know how frustrating it can be, but something as simple as making sure your drive thru customers have a fork and their sauce shouldn’t be a problem.
Since the 80s...1880s been feeding families, filling up their bellies with SOUL FOOD. Church's chicken too greasy, Popeyes chicken too dry, & they say "KFC TOO HIGH!" well you get what you pay for....Good food not cheap & cheap food not good!Sooo I'll pay a few $s more bc its "FINGER LICKIN GOOD!"OAN..."SUGGESTION" - in the 90s yall had Nuggets came in 6, 12, 18/20, 30, & 50 pieces could yall bring that back? & KFC also had "Sweet & Sour Sauce" the best dipping sauce I've had, still haven't found a match! So at the next Board Meeting a mention or two wouldn't be so bad ???♀️ I know KFC would want the "TOP" sales on an OLD but GREAT menu item! Wouldn't be a bad idea to add some extra 000's to the KFC Empire.
Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with fast food. Waited 30 minutes over my quoted time, to get home and find only half of our order filled, partially incorrect, no biscuits or condiments. Went back and saw 2 girls with their back to the car at the drive thru window, cussing about some guy's picture on her phone for about 5 minutes, without greeting me or asking how they could help. Then witnessed one of the cooks go outside to meet 2 friends and smoke a joint on the sidewalk in front of the front door. Shift supervisor was EXCEPTIONAL... said he completely agreed and understood my frustration and has reported these issues many times to the store manager Tasha and requested she come see for herself, but no one ever comes. He is also fed up and likely looking for a new job. This place will not last another 6 months like this. I personally will NEVER go back.
I PULLED UP AT THIS RESTAURANT TODAY AT 10:35. I WAS TOLD THE LOBBY WASN'T OPEN SO I GO THROUGH DRIVE THRU, ONCE I GO THROUGH DRIVE AND IM TOLD THAT ILL HAVE TO WAIT 45 MINS FOR ANY KIND OF CHICKEN. I ASKED HIM DID HE SAY 45 MINS. HE ANSWERED; YEAH 45 MINS YOU GON WAIT OR NAH! JUST RUDE .
Something has been missing from my order the last two times. This time we checked and got the gravy before pulling off. Our chicken was lukewarm.
