Great staff and quality service. I've eaten here twice and both times I was helped by different employees. Both times they were extremely polite and courteous. I know employees are supposed to be but nowadays it seems professionalism is rare.
Almost perfect service. One really bad experience involving what I suspect was a new hire is the reason for missing a Star.
Absolutely terrible customer service had to wait a long time at the register to even be acknowledged, then they messed up my order. Asked them politely to remake my sandwich to the correct order and they still messed up the order. I do not recommend this shop at all, not to mention to get into the parking lot is an absolute nightmare
It a decent sub sandwich. It does seem they use better ingredients than other major chain sub shops.
The employees here are wonderful! Very kind and helpful! The only reason I can't give a 5/5 is that it's overpriced, but that's a Jimmy John's problem, not this location's problem.
I called to have a sandwich delivered to our hotel room last February. I was informed that they were out of bread. Really. They sell sandwiches. In June we were in town again and gave them a call. To deliver 1 sandwich to our room would be a minimum of 10.00, so we were looking at at least 20.00 for 2 sandwiches before drinks, ect. Pass. I called the Flying Fish downstairs for take-out. 20.00 got us more food than we could eat and it was ready in 15 minutes. Sorry Jimmy Johns.
What can I say? I've never had a bad sandwich here. I usually go inside to order and they're always pretty fast. You get a good portion of meat and the bread is fantastic. They're a tad pricey but I don't mind if it's a good product, which it is.
Wes and Zac were absolutely the best hands down !!! the best customer service you can get hands down !!!!! they make this store run so clean , are super friendly and professional!!!!!!! This is the sloooooooowest Jimmy John’s. I have placed online orders here several times and every time they are slow. Currently been sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes….
I love how Jimmy John’s calls me 2 mins before closing saying they can’t complete my order and acting like they can’t hear me and hangs up! I need a manager to contact me asap!
