I usually love this place, but my partner and I just spent ten minutes standing in a long line waiting to be seated and didn't even get acknowledged once. The cashwrap was just devoid of people and there was one person running back and forth taking care of mobile orders and the outside, and one taking care of the entire inside. There was nobody at the register at all. There's two concerts in town, and I felt really bad for the servers because they looked *super* understaffed. Still, it would nice to have been told a wait time or at least acknowledged so we could've moved on and not felt left in limbo. Just really disappointed to see the lack of support and service here today when I've come to expect better. I don't know what the wages are like here, but if this place was adequately staffed & compensated, I would be coming here a lot more often.
Amazing pizza and you get what you pay for! The staff was very attentive and very friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anybody wanting a good meal
In town for business and we decided on pizza for supper. This was a short walk from our hotel and had good reviews so we tried it. All in all was a good pizza and a good price and the small pizza is really a medium at most others. I had a pepperoni, mushroom and onion pie and it was good, crust was good and taste was excellent. Only complaints we have is, paper plates, styrofoam cups and single use condiments. The salad I had was good, just wish they had more then two choices for dressing...Italian or ranch are not my likes but I did the Italian which actually was more of an oil and vinegar . Service was just OK. The servers hung out together at the cash register and you had to grab their attention for drink refills or condiments,
There's not much good I can say about this place. The food is very underwhelming. Pizza has a horrible crust. The staff was inattentive. The interior is drab and boring. The outdoor dining was filthy and right next to a car park. Oh how nice it would be to have a slice of pizza sip some tea and inhale exhaust fumes from the cars parking five feet away. ?

Bad atmosphere, bad pizza. It tasted of nothing and the crust was hard and burnt. Reasonably priced but not worth your money.The place looked clean though. Drinks were brought out in takeaway containers which was nice. Shown is a large pizza.
I love coming to Iriana's when I'm looking for a clean and delicious pie. The quality of the ingredients is high and seems to be consistently fresh, as does the dough. The salads are always satisfying and the prices on apps and drinks are reasonable.
It's ok but I wouldn't come back. Service slow. Prices are higher than normal. Food is okay, but not worth the trip back or waiting to get it.

Great pizza, good service and friendly staff. We ordered a cheese pizza with extra cheese and onions. Crust, sauce were perfect. Really great pizza.
