Oh my goodness! It was the worst IHop I ever been. Just entering the door I already new it was not going to be good but my daughter wanted to eat waffle, so we stayed. It was dirty, couple tables still had plates full with food, looked like it's been there for a good long time. The lady who served us, was doing the cooking, cleaning, serving costumes, check in and check out....that already tells you a lot. We saw a guy at the front desk only once, after that he vanished. I ordered a Buffalo chicken melt with onion rings for $10.99....I regret it, the onion rings was not bad but seems to have fried it in some old grease... the Buffalo chicken was completely the opposite of what's on the menu... It was first not on a brioche but a toasted all wheat bread taste as if it's been overdue (Date has passed) it was grilled in some old oil, no lettuce, no tomato and no red onions, i got the pickles tho....so I guess I should consider myself lucky to get at least 2 pickle. My daughter ordered a Belgian waffle combo at least her waffle and eggs was done great but she got only one sausage links and one bacon instead 2 of each for $10.99. We left paying $ 30.84. This restaurant need a deep cleaning and upgrade on furniture and more employees. I don't recommend to go to this restaurant.
Pleasantly surprised. Wait looked long ended up being short, food was ordered and delivered fast. Food was good, eggs cooked perfectly and not too greasy. Waitress was fast and great! Both my husband and I were super impressed with her hustle and attentiveness. Her name was Mayo! She made my review go from a 4 star to a 5.
You can count on IHOP’s food to be consistent at every location. Not this place. It’s an embarrassment to the company. Severely understaffed. Terrible food. Had to find waitress for service. This was my side salad. Lettuce & red onions. No dressing.
The wait was ridiculous. There were several people in there working and not very many patrons, but we still waited a while to be seated. My daughter is 9 months pregnant and they tried to seat us at a booth. The manager came out and moved us to a table. Our waitress was good. The employees there disgusted me because they were in there with their pants sagging, looking and acting like they do not care. The Arnold Palmer I ordered was delicious. I can't rate the food because I didn't eat due to my feeling of disgust at the staff.
The waiters were great and AMAZING!!!!. The manger on the other had had the audacity to tell one of them to CLOCK OUT and then do his side work….. ummmmmmmm obviously he should be doing ANYTHING on the clock not off the clock. Obviously this I-hop likes to get FREE LABOR from its staff and she was rude. Right next to our table. Gonna report this I-hop.
We received great customer service. Great food replacement recommendations. Food was delicious ?
After waiting for more than 30 minutes for our food which wasn't so bad considering how busy they were but they brought one meal because the eggs on the other one weren't cooked right. The first plate all of the food was cold and then when the other one came out the only thing that wasn't cold was the eggs. Then we had to get the hostess to get more coffee after asking the waiter 3 times for more coffee. Worst experience for breakfast we've ever had. Could have gotten a better breakfast from Waffle house.
I had the Southwest Chicken Burrito. It was big and delicious. My server was very attentive.
REALLY bad experience here!!! I ordered online for a curbside pickup and when I arrived (on time) I called the number to let them know I was there and which spot I was in--jus as the sign instructed me to do. 17min later I was STILL waiting!! I tried calling again--after 8 rings, no answer. Waited 2 more min then called yet again--after 10 rings, still no answer. By then I was done, so I went in to speak to the Manager bc I wanted to cancel my order and be refunded. The entire restaurant was a total wreck and it looked like utter chaos. While I was waiting to speak to the Manager, I heard a table complaining to their server that their order was completely wrong. She didn't seem to care. When the Manager finally came to speak with me he was rude and completely unapologetic. Thankfully he did refund my order. It's obvious this restaurant is being terribly and carelessly managed and employees poorly trained. I don't expect top notch service from any IHOP, but it shouldn't be too much to ask for decent customer service and at least a minimum of courtesy from the staff. I will never go back to this location--maybe never any Ihop location.
waiter was very attentive. we had one all you can eat pancakes and one farmhouse breakfast. My grandson got extra whipped cream for his hot chocolate.
