Good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner at any time of the day. The seasoning was a little lite for my taste but everyone else like it. The food was good after adding some salt. The place is clean with more than adequate seating.
I called in to place a to-go order the gentleman that took my order was nice and pleasant. However when I called to pick it up the young African American lady that answered the phone was so rude and unprofessional and unpleasant and ghetto she hung up the phone in my face twice and told me I had to come in and get my order. It wouldn’t have been a problem if her tone and attitude was better. I’m paying my hard earn dollars and she didn’t know if She would’ve been getting a nice tip but to each is own. That is what’s wrong with the young generation now. Then when I asked for the manager she acted as if she had hearing problems Every-time I was speaking with her. She stated her name is Lisa what I highly doubt that was her name. This location needs to hire new workers that would like to work and have customer service skills and people skills because they are lacking a lot from the manager all the way down to the workers. If I could rate the place a 0 I would.
There wasn't very much food. They didn't have rice medley though it is on the menu. I wasn't allowed to get another blueberry drink due to a company policy but was allowed to get a lemonade.. that was a plus. and I've tasted the food better. I know they were just doing their job.
Great food, clean restraunt, really great service
Took a little bit longer for the food to get out then I liked. we had four adults and two children under the age of two. food tasted good and the waiter was excellent.
My first visit to this IHOP and was very disappointed. We were third in line waiting to be seated after being told it would be 15 minutes. I could see at least 5 empty booths which had not been bussed. In fact it was 22 minutes before seating. Our drink order was taken by our server, Samia, and it was 9 minutes before it came. Another 7 minutes before our food order was taken and 16 minutes until food arrived. No silverware or napkins. My order was wrong. I had ordered bacon and got sausage. It was 4 minutes before the utensils came. By then the food was cold. Still no napkins. We tried to get our server's attention, but took minutes more to get it. An other in our party of 3 had ordered biscuits and gravy in addition to his meal,; after finally getting her attention she didn't say anything, but turned and left. We were about finished with the meal when she returned with my bacon and the biscuits and gravy. Both were cold and sent back to be deducted from the bill. When the bill eventually arrived the two orders which were the same was billed at two different prices. One was at full price and the other at the senior special. Both were ordered to be senior meals. Another wait and she got the bill corrected. I don't know if this restaurant and another in North Little Rock, are company owned or franchises, but these units are certainly in need of a change in management.
Our food took 45 minutes without hotcakes. When they finally came 20 minutes later, they were cold. The manager on Sundays is unorganized and rude. If you get a good server, you might leave satisfied.
Can I give it a minus? Went there waited a long time for coffee. Finally got a cup was supposed to get a pot of coffee, never got it. Waited a very long time for French toast. When I finally got it the French toast was so cold it would not melt the butter. So after over an hour of being in IHOP getting one cup of coffee. I left very mad and still very hungry because my breakfast was not fit for my dogs.
Ok the food wasn't really good but they was working very short handed. Only 1 cook & a couple waiters. But the workers that was there was on it! So I still gave a 5 star. They need a raise.
Food was good. We were a large group (16) and the waitresses struggled to get our orders out efficiently and correctly. Same with the billing.
