I ordered the chicken sandwich and got a chicken nugget on a hamburger bun. I showed the Mgr and she said "I can cook u another one but it will be just as small as the one I have". So fair warning a $5.70ish sandwich is nothing more than a nugget.
I wish I could give this place a negative zero! We've given this location to many chances and now we'll never come back. Today July 16th and around 9:50 am we were in the drive-tru. The lady employee (I'm being way to kind by calling her a lady) said something we couldn't make out so we assumed she asked us to wait so we did. It wasn't long and she aggressively stated that they weren't taking orders through the drive-tru!!! Why are you so extremely rude and why is this location constantly hiring rude people??? Put a sign out letting people know and invest in a new speaker box because it's no good!!! With all the business this location gets because of truckers and commuters you'd think they'd be running a tight ship but no!!!! We hate this business!!
Mono made us feel super welcome for 1, and we will defiantly be coming back. We felt like we were sitting at home eating with our cousins, not at a restaurant that we previously had very bad experiences at…Mono made us feel like we were welcome and was so very polite.I couldn’t say enough good things about this young gentleman…This man needs a raise!!!
Hardees' buffalo sauce is one of the best. Chicken was expertly cooked, nice and crispy. The kind of breading that 'melts in your mouth, but not in your hand'. As a professional driver, I appreciate the cashier's recommendation for something I could eat safely on the road.
Don’t waste your time with this restaurant. It is consistently unreliable and severely underperforming.Three times in a row I have had an issue with this store. First time they told me to pull up front and they would bring my order out to me. I waited up front for 20 minutes and went inside and they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about.Second time, I pull up to the drive through and they told me “we are only taking orders in the lobby at this time.” But someone is monitoring the drive through to tell people to come inside to order? They could have just taken my order in the time it took them to tell me to come inside to order.Third time, I placed an order through Door Dash (thinking “I’ll let someone else deal with their nonsense). An hour later, I get a call from Door Dash support saying the restaurant is unable to fulfill my order and it was cancelled.
The absolute worst customer service. All the employees act like they are mad to be at work.
Despite the store only had 2 people working, the food came out perfect and in a short amount of time. The lady working at register was very polite and not stressed due to being over worked!
Not happy. Several people got their order before us even though we ordered the same thing as them. They said they were waiting on chicken strips for our order and served another customer chicken strips before my son. Shift leader wad a jerk.
Hubby ordered food to go, but as we were leaving I noticed the big roast beef I ordered was replaced with a primal burger that had hash browns on it. I took it and the reciept inside and asked if I could get the burger I ordered. They then proceeded to tell me they don't sell roast beefs at this location. Really? A hardees that doesn't sell one of their major sandwiches? I asked them why they could ring it up, because it was right on the reciept, and also why didn't they say something to my husband about not selling them? I didn't appreciate being told I was giving attitude just because they can't do their job. Oh, the Manager's name was Tamica.
The food doesn't look as good as the pictures, but it's fast food. The tator rounds is my favorite part of their breakfast, it's what keeps me coming back. Service is quick which is good when your trying to get something hot and fast before work. The coffee is better than what I get in the break room at work, so thumbs up. If I'm starving and in a crunch this will hit the spot every time.
