We came in to eat and it to about an hour or so for us to get our food. The waiter kept forgetting to bring us our straws I finally had to get up and get them myself. When we got our food they were in to go plates which we were staying there to eat. Then they forgot my food. Overall the food was good. We forgot our bag of food on the table. Called to let them know we were on our way to come get it. Wasn’t even gone 5 minutes and they already threw it away. At least give the customer a decent amount of time to come back to get their food that they were going to take with them. Overall it took forever to get our food and we were very close to walking out.
First time trying Uber eats and Gus's Famous Fried Chicken.Only negative thing I can say is that I didn't get the pecan pie I ordered and I got a double serving of greens instead of my potato salad in one of the meals. Uber eats made it right immediately, I didn't expect them too.Positive take aways were the chicken and the colard greens, both were delicious. I'll definitely be back for more, and to try the potato salad and pecan pie.The Uber drive Da Kristain (sorry misspelling) did a great job and made time eventhough I didn't think he would. Five star service, thank you!I tipped 20% on app but he left the $8 tip I left in cash ? nevertheless thank you sir!Had the pie and potato salad been right, it would've got 5 ? easy.... What can I say about Gus’s… this place DEFINITELY lives up to the hype!!! Hands down the BEST Fried Chicken I’ve ever eaten! The spice was just enough to give a little heat and they had Louisiana Hot Sauce on every table that also paired so well with the spices and flavor of the chicken! Mac and Cheese was AMAZING! The homemade potato salad and fried pickle spears were full of flavor and just so well made. I also ordered a side of Greens and they were absolutely fantastic- cooked to perfection!! Everything was brought to the table FRESH!This is a place I would recommend to everyone! Friendly staff, open kitchen where you can watch the cooks make your food with only the love a mother/grandmother puts into home-cooked meals. If you’re in the Little Rock area DEFINITELY stop in and get you some chicken! ?
Today was awesome! We were turned away from Bahama Breeze for having a party of 10 and thank God we were! Our waitress was amazing , we had the best service ever and the best food! With barely a wait!!! We all got to sit together and watch baseball and enjoy our family! Or waitress was a tall gorgeous blonde and I forgot her name but she was amazing, nice and very professional! Thank you Gus’s!!!
Food was good, but service was terrible. No manager on site, so crew was running one server to death while several of them did nothing. Cooks having to recook food bc it got cold waiting to be picked up. We waited over 20 minutes just to be greated despite there being several severs. 30 mins wait for food once we finally ordered. Some food was missing and one plate was wrong. Wasn't the worst experience, but wasn't a very good one either.

Decent chicken. The beans were phenomenal. Macaroni was a wasted pick. Wife’s fries were way better. Sketchy area
It was a good piece of chicken. Didn’t have any white meat however it wasn’t bad. I’ll give the Mac and cheese a 1 out of 10
Lunch was excellent. The collard greens were some of the best i have ever had. The fried okra - excellent. The chicken - terrific! When you are in Little Rock...you must go here, in my opinion,
I ordered a 2pc. white with mac & cheese & greens as the sides. The chicken was fried very hard. Greens were cold, mac & cheese hot and made with cheese you put on nachos. A total waste of money! Overall experience was horrible! I will NEVER go again. Food not enjoyable.
