This is a horrendous establishment with horrible customer service. Whoever was working the drive through before closing at 9:45 p.m was very ill-mannered and mediocre to say the least. I understand coming before closing but answering with sarcasm when a simple question was asked is not good customer service under any circumstance. I will make sure not to come to this location ever again.

Was in town from Arlington Tx, for a soccer tournament and stopped at Freddys for dinner. 1st time eating at a Freddys, the burgers were really good. The manager and emoloyees were all really friendly and patient. Good food and people.

All I can say is check your order before you leave. Or go to a different Freddy's would probably be better. You can't get your order out of your mouth before you're given a total. And this is probably why I got this instead of the burger I ordered. No offense to my vegetarian friends. And no I did not order a burger hold the burger.

I ordered a single patti steak burger with onions, pickle, and mustard. The burger shown below is what I received. Suggestions: staff could have been more pleasant when I returned to the window to get the condiments I ordered (these items are standard). The patti is paper thin and a bit dried out, so "beef" the patti up a bit. The onions and pickle fall off the burger when trying to eat it. If you steam the onions and use oval pickles you don't have that issue. Add the single patti burger to your menu or combine two patties into one and stop calling it a double patti burger. Stop cooking the life out of the meat. A burger place in Ohio, called Skyway, gives you a decent size patti, grilled onions, dill oval pickles with mustard and their burger is legendary. Plus, it doesn't fall apart when eating it. Sometimes you need to break things to make them better. Tell the staff to be pleasant to everyone. You never know when someone will write a review. Attitude is the one thing that can change. Mediocre food can be tolerated, bad attitudes won't. The first burger is what I did to it when I got home. The other is what I received top and bottom. Peace.

I have never in my life had such a horrible experience as I did tonight...It was my first time trying Freddy 's and definitely the last.Had an absolutely horrible experience on 02/19/2022 around 7:45 PM.First of all drive-thru line was taking forever, with only 4 cars in front of me I didn't expect to wait 15 min to start ordering. When I was ordering a meal with coca-cola drink and the employee (sorry didn't catch her name) was speaking very unclearly and I had no idea what she was saying, so I said "sorry what was it?" and in response, I got silence after I said I was done with my order she literally SCREAMED (not over exaggerating) at me " We DONT CARRY COCA-COLA ONLY PEPSI !!!!" I agreed to Pepsi. When I got home (I live less than 5 min away) I discovered that my burger and fries were cold and I was given a WRONG drink (Sprite). I am just disgusted with that treatment. Never going back there.

Had to feed that craving for a chili cheese dog so I pulled in here. Ordering was fairly straight forward from the counter and the staff was nice. There was plenty of parking and the place was clean. The chili cheese dog was OK. The hot dog link should have been hotter but was acceptable. The chili lacked flavor in my opinion. Now the shoestring french fries were really good! In a pinch, this place does it.

Tried to walk into the restaurant on Sunday night at 8:25 PM… The hours on the door and Google clearly state 10 PM. All of the chairs are up and the doors locked. Upon calling, the entirely rude staff member who answered just said drive-through only and proceeded to repeat what she said until I hung up.please update store hours for confusion.

At 9:47pm on a Monday in the drive-thru, after waiting behind two other vehicles, I pulled up to the speaker and I was told the restaurant was closed. Conveniently enough, there was a sign right next to the speaker box where the restaurant posted their operating hours. The sign read, “Sunday to Thursday 10:30am to 10:00pm.” I mentioned that the sign said they don’t close until 10pm. I was told, “we’ve already counted down our registers. If we don’t get any cars 15 minutes before close then we go ahead and count down our registers.”I was a bit confused since I was one of three vehicles that were already in the drive thru prior to 9:45pm, the alleged 15-minute decision point to close down.I totally understand wanting to get off work just as soon as possible after a long day. That is perfectly reasonable. However, it is totally unreasonable to post operating hours that aren’t honored. The restaurant should instead indicate that they close at 9:45pm on Sunday through Tuesday if that’s when the restaurant closes down the registers.

This Freddy's is the worst I've been to. The restaurant is supposed to be open until 10:00pm but they start putting everything away at 9:00. They even lock the front door. Don't waste your time coming here past 9:00 pm.Edit: Freddy's asked me to reach out to a website and tell them more about my experience. The website was a page not found.

Stopped by for lunch and grabbed a patty melt. They cook your food to order. So, we waited and had the best lunch.
