This restaurant being one of the last ones to close on a Sunday evening, I am so glad to have actually dined there. The cuisine was delicious, and the staff are very courteous. I'd return back in a heartbeat!
I had dinner here this evening and I honestly have no real complaints. I had a cup of gumbo and that was excellent. A tad spicy but I expected that since it has andouille sausage. Miles better than the place next door. Then I went basic for the entree and had a chopped sirloin steak with mashed taters and gravy. This was also very good, cooked properly and well-seasoned. The service was excellent as well. I'll probably come back and try some of their other Creole dishes because based on the gumbo, they should be pretty good.
Thank you Meredith for a fabulous afternoon on the patio with great food as always❤️Service was excellent and the atmosphere was perfect❤️
Great place nice and friendly service
First bad meal ever, but it was bad! Steaks were supposed to be medium rare, were more medium well! Soft shell crab with etouffee hardly any crab and it was cold. Sent one of the steaks back, took 30 minutes to get it back. Rest of the party had finished, so I took it home. World famous soaked salad was not up to par. Truly my first disappointed meals at this fine restaurant?
A co worker told me I had to try this place out it was a laid back atmosphere and the food was good. I figured out I dont care for fried oysters but it was still good
Great place for amazing food. Cajun dishes with a twist. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Highly recommend
Food is tasty enough. Has a very nice atmosphere I recommend the patio to eat your meal. The chopped sirloin was tasty. I got mashed potatoes with it and the gravy was bland and the potatoes tasted like under cooked instant. My wife had the red fish and in her words said it was simple but good with perfect seasoning. She also really enjoyed the fried green tomatoes. My 1 star is off for those potatoes god they were bad. Other than that good place
Had never been defeated Rose was really looking forward to eating there. I ordered the fried green tomatoes if that's what you want to call them. I've never seen anything sliced so thin and all my life. If you want to see what a real fried green tomato looks like, go to the French market Cafe in New Orleans. If this place calls themselves Cajun or Creole they need a lesson. They definitely have not stayed in business this long over their fried Green tomatoes very disappointing and I will not be back
I really enjoyed this place there crawfish tails are delicious and there was so much I also got the skinny fish that was delicious. Really really good food
