I use to love coming to this Dunkin but the service has declined dramatically. The lady taking orders ALWAYS has an attitude as if she hates her job. I hate being “That Person” but I have to check my bag before pulling off because my order is always wrong these days. It’s so disappointing.

How are you open, but going to refuse to serve customers because you’re swapping register drawers. I’ve been a GM for 20 years and y’all need major help to refuse customers in this day due to swapping a drawer. Horrible customer focus.

We arrived a couple minutes after they opened and they didn't have glazed donuts, bread for a sandwich or chocolate milk. My latte was made wrong and after all that the 3 donuts we did get were dropped haphazardly into the bag leaving no way to take them out without getting covered in chocolate. These donuts were also cold as if they were in a refrigerator. I would think a few minutes after opening the donuts would be hot or at least warm. I'm seriously disappointed in this place.

The food and drink are generally good; however, the location will close ahead of posted hours and they are regularly out of items. This is most unfortunate when you order on the app as you cannot cancel and it's difficult to get 3 and 4 year old to understand substitutions.

I use to love Dunkin' donuts. Unfortunately they have ruined that. The level of service has went down. I have the same complaint as others. The food is absolutely terrible now. I ordered old fashion donuts as usual. I swear the donuts tasted like they were a week old. (My opinion) They definitely were not fresh. My iced caramel machiato should have been made with almond milk. But it wasn't. (I'm not stupid I can tell the difference) LITTLE ROCK DUNKIN' DONUTS YOU HAVE LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

They appear to have gotten some new staff, I believe Brian was his name, he was so friendly so polite he got my order completely correct the first time my coffee has never tasted better want to give a huge shout out to Brian and the rest of the Dunkin’ team thanks for making my morning guys and gals

I walked inside and waited for 10 minutes and never got acknowledged. I went to the bathroom, and came back, and flagged down someone who was in the back. She just looked at me and pointed at her headset. I turned and walked out the door and drove through the drive-through and asked, if they’re not serving people in the lobby anymore. She said she was busy helping people in the drive-through in a very rude tone. She wasn’t interested in helping me at all she continued to be rude and hateful, and I told her never mind I didn’t wanna bother her anymore and I drove off. I’ll NEVER go back to that location. Even if they are short staffed, that’s no reason to be hateful to people. All she had to do was tell me when I walked in that she would help me as quickly as she possibly could. I would’ve understood and waited.

Love Dunkin's coffee! Consistently good, & delicious! Staff is friendly, but service is so slow. If you come any time between opening till noon, you will be waiting a good while. As in, 20 mins or longer. So many people leave the drive thru line because most people can't wait 30 mins. I'd give 4 or 5 stars, but the wait is way too long.

Where to even begin. Horrible service honestly. Lines are super long and slow. Even if you go inside to order, it takes minimum 15 mins for a coffee and 2 bagels. You would think they could at least make the food and drinks properly but no. Bagels are always stale and burnt and the coffee always tastes old. Workers are always wasting time and slouching around on rush hour . Needs new management or NEW LOCATION

This was my first time ever ordering from Duncan Donuts. I used the app to place and pay for my order for window pickup. I'm not upset about the long lines, or the person in the at the drive thru window. I'm upset that whoever got my order ready messed up my drink and the food tasted stale. This was before 10 AM but after 9:25 AM on Sunday 3/6/22. With as much traffic as they have, do they pull from the day old stock when they run out? And do they not read and pay attention to drink orders for specific add ons? Especially, when apparently, you are charged for almond milk? I can't say that I would recommend them at this time. I am disappointed because I expected a fantastic product based on name brand and advertisement.
