They actually serve sliced pizza, instead of the the indentation lines that Pizza Hut has. Nice pickup window, good pizza. The chicken's good as well. (Food EATS salad, so I haven't tried that.)
I'm giving this location two stars I really wanted to give it none not because they're Pizza is low quality Cassie one of the managers is very disrespectful and on 7-10-2022 at 4:59 p.m. she snatched my card out of my hand had an attitude with me over a discrepancy in the number gave her the name associated with the number obviously the name was different but the number was the same still she shouldn't have snatched my card out of my hand once I asked her for napkins she said there's some right on the counter forcing me to open up the napkin holder to take out a bit of napkins when it comes to customer service if you don't want to do it don't work there I look forward to contacting management tomorrow on 7/11/2022
Placed an order that was supposed to be ready for curbside @ 4:24 at 4:30, I went inside to ask about my food. The guy working didn’t know how to print the ticket ( his words) so my pizza had been sitting there just waiting because he wasn’t sure what else was with my order. It then was another 15 minutes of waiting for my wings. Employees should be trained better
My granbaby wanted pepperoni pizza from Domino's, he had a large and ate every slice. Great Customer Service and his pizza was fresh
We order pizza at this location ... It was a pick up order ... they got my order after more than an hour ... To much time I say... And worse part it wasn't right .....got to wait another 30 minutes .. bad service ... Not ordering against ... But to all this ... Costumer service was ok .. probably a busy night ...
I order a pizza at 9:35 pm never got it .I called at 11:08 to see were is it .The lady said we sent it to some one else address we can refund you the money tho ... Terrible service here . No let me get that order remade or would you like to pick it up nothing just Bad Service here yall
I had to wait over 2.3 hours for delivery. BUT, I was made aware of the situation and they were very apologetic and ASKED me if that was ok. So they did not hide behind corporate b.s., or give me an attitude even though THEY were the ones that were working their tails off in a high stress/pressure situation. Handled like a pro, Has great phone and in person personality. This store will revive your emotion in Domino's and really show you the great side of this company.
I was located 3 minutes from this location but my driver took my food 20 minutes in the wrong direction. When I asked why my food was sent with another order that far out, I was told it was because there was another order in front of mine.What is the point in ordering from a location close to me if I'm going to get cold food? ?
I ordered a medium pizza with pork sausage, extra meat and cheese, also cheese bread with 1 extra sauce. Pizza was not cooked as I asked and paid for, also no sauce at all with cheese bread. This is bad service to public. I wantmy money back
The cashier that took my order had the worst attitude. She was very rude and impatient. She even threw me my change. They don't have to worry I will not be back, customer service is very important to me.
