The app clearly stated my order had been completed. After waiting for curbside delivery for several minutes I went inside and was informed my order was going to be another 10-15 minutes! This app isn't accurate. I guess it's past time I choose another company to buy pizzas from.

Terrible customer service. Do not order from this store. My pizza took 3 hours! (That’s right, 1 pizza!). And when I called at the 1.5 - 2 hour mark, I not only had to called at least 4 times before someone picked up the phone, but then was told the pizza had not even been made yet....after 2 hours! And when I tried to ask what was going on because I had kids to feed and needed to know what to do, I was accosted and berated by the woman on the phone. And when I asked to speak to a manager, she hung up on me. This is not the first problem I have had at this store, but it will be my last. I will never order from there again. And I highly recommend you don’t either.

I am so hungry. My order was prepared over an hour ago, according to the app. Will my pizza even be warm? This is the second time in a row. They obviously can’t get enough drivers to effectively deliver… shame, because the pizzas are delicious, which is why I was willing to try again. Ended up going to get it myself.

We placed an order for delivery through the app and the app said it would take 20-30 minutes. I ordered around 4pm. It said the pizza didn’t leave the store until 5pm, then said it was delivered around 5:20pm. As soon as I opened my door to check (since I selected contactless delivery at checkout) there wasn’t anything at the door. We are in an apartment complex so I walked around and checked to see if any of our neighbors had gotten it at their door but there was nothing. I called the store three times and was on hold for 10 minutes all three times. Once the manager was on the phone he said that the order was delivered to our unit by a driver with “13 years of experience,” implying that we are the ones at fault or that we are lying about not receiving our order. After saying that they would re-make the order the manager HUNG UP THE PHONE while I was still talking. Keep in mind, I was not being disrespectful or having any attitude— I was just saying that I didn’t know what had happened since the driver said it was delivered but it was not at our door. We got no actual confirmation that we are getting our order since the manager hung up the phone. Even if we do receive our order this time, I will NEVER order from this Domino’s location again.

I’ve never had a bad pizza from this place. It terms of fast food pizza, this is the place to go. The staff are nice and helpful. I always do carry out so I can’t comment about their delivery.

I recently ordered a pizza here. It was better than the previous time a month or so ago. They must have new management as there was a lot more people working this time. Last time there was only a few, and they were yelling at each other. The pizza was a bit better as well. The problem I’m having nowadays is even pizza’s are so expensive. I just order the 3 topping for $7.99. It’s a BBQ chicken that a California company came out with. Basically you get BBQ sauce as the base, then I get chicken, cheese and onion, 3 toppings. The only thing that bothers me about this particular store is they take the crust and spin it in the air. When they catch it it seems to fall touching their arm. This time the guy doing it had some sort of a twisted looking leather bracelet on. I wonder how clean that was? Or even just touching the hairs on their arm. He didn’t have gloves on, I couldn’t see the others on the line. I just think anyone that handles food should have gloves on, and not touch the food with other body parts. I don’t think it’s necessary to spin pizza dough in the air to make it. I’m wondering if all Domino’s locations do this. It was the first time I noticed it. I might check before going again. I ate the pizza anyway. I figured the high heat cooking it would help. The pizza itself was good. I just wish they would run the dough through a machine, as flopping it all over their arms is not a good look…

Will not come to this location until 6 months has passed giving enough time for staff turnover. Last pizza had my whole house sick. I called to make sure the extra cheese was added after it being missing time and time again! I got more than extra cheese added. I guarantee you my medically fragile 2 year old got sick first, I went out of town leaving her with my mom when I got the call. Then Mom ate it and got sick. My teen was next then when I came back into town I was last to get it. Horrible experience. If you get sick, keep a slice for sample testing.

I normally tip when I get things delivered but not this time , when my pizza was delivered by Robert he had an nasty facial expression on his face when he saw me come to the door. So I gave him nothing , once he looked at the receipt and saw that it had 0.00 for the tip he mugged and walked off. Never will order from here again. Customer service was not good, I spoke to him and he said nothing .

I ordered food from this dominos not only is my pizza 80% cheese but look at my buffalo chicken look at this I hate this dominos this is the second time I have spent to much money to get food like this!!!

General Manager Benjamin is really a great person with best hospitality ethics. No doubt the pizza is great so is the rest of the team. Will definitely be back again. I would also like to mention Derick who is consistent despite of having so much pressure. Great team work. Thank you for serving us !!
