We had a great time here. We are a family of 5 and used 2 cards. We downloaded the app & used that to reload our cards. It was super convenient and the app can tell you how many credits/tickets you have on a card & you can add multiple cards. The establishment was clean, bathrooms were clean and the staff were all friendly. We got here as soon as they opened Monday and were the first people in the door. We got seated & ordered lunch, while it was being prepared we were able to leave the table & go start playing games. Would definitely recommend for adult date nights, too. The grown ups had just as much fun as the kids! Definitely something for everyone.
THIS REVIEW IS BASED ON 2 ADULTS EXPERIENCE.Great place for kids.FOOD & DRINK : the front desk was not very attentive we had to basically seat ourselves twice because the first table we were set at was wobbly. The waitress that seated us didn't wait on us another waitress attended to us. She forgot my water and never remembered it. She recommended a Caribbean type of long Island ice tea but it literally had NO ALCOHOL IN IT AT ALL. We ordered chicken wings and nachos. How simple right?NO.It took almost 30 minutes for just those two items..Oh and when it came to our table, it was less than Luke warm, the chips were soggy.They were clearly sitting around in the kitchen.The fries were cold and the wings were too.BONUS REVIEW OF BATHROOM: everyone knows proper etiquette when you go into the bathroom I thought especially since we were ladies but when I went into a stall lock the door behind me children came in and tried to open my stall and they were peeking through the crack of my stall doors. I suggest getting those stalls that are floor to ceiling and have no peeping Tom type of cracks in them. Also there were no protective toilet covers for the seats.
Great location right by the outlet malls, movie theater and plenty of restaurants. Wednesday nights are half off games and they offer a military discount on all food and drinks. Tons of games, hardly any of them were out of order. Great time for the family and the tickets / prizes ratio is solid.
Excellent place to unwind and have fun as well as having some good food to eat.
I love Dave and Busters, so much fun. Food is good. A few too many kids for my taste though. I wish it were adults only. Had to wait a while for my favorite games, but overall had a good time. Drinks are good, maybe a bit pricey, but good. Service was good, but wish the waitress would have explained how everything works. It was my first time, so I was unclear.
We had a blast at Dave and Busters with friends for a couples date night. Great food and good fun! We went on a Tuesday night and wasn't overly busy. We felt like we were able to play the games we wanted without having to wait on others. Also, the prize selection is amazing. I spent $25 on a game card and won 2500 tickets, which got me one of those TikTok ring lights, which are about $25-$30 on Amazon. Lastly, the food was well above my expectations; it tasted great and not frozen like many other places.
Had been a few years since we have been back here and boy has it changed. They seemed to be very pricey but the did not have a lot of the items on the menu available. This goes even for the bar. The service was decent but it was a problem with communication . We ordered the bacon beast with pork belly and bacon jam , full rack of ribs with sweet sauce and a chicken club. The beast burgers came first and they looked ok till you see the pork belly is just floppy thin bacon. Under the bun was a quarter sized spot of bacon jam. For the price this was a major let down and nothing referable. The club was a little basic but id give it a 3 out of 5. Ribs came out on top of a bed cold fries and the worst looking slaw I have ever seen. Ribs had good flavor and fall off the bone as they should even though they were just warm. The ribs flavor is the only thing worth it so instead of a 2 I gave them and overall 3. Quality control issues here!
I have been here many times to take my son to play games but my family and I took a rare trip out to go eat and play the other day. There were a few hiccups with the dining part but I have never received such incredible service. The manager came over and personally apologized and went above and beyond to make it right for us. The food was incredible as well. I highly recommend both dining and gaming at this location. By far the best customer services I’ve ever received anywhere! You won’t be disappointed.

The place is awesome and supreme service in the diner!!!I was able to bring my extended family and still spend within a budget!!!Sorry for the lack of photos, I was too busy having a blast!!!
