purchased white meat chicken in drive thru got home and it was dark. Greasy as it could get. Fries were about half done and then thrown into a foil lined bag to steam the rest of the way. TERRIBLE
I asked for a two meal add Jalapeño cheddar poppers and a coke it took so long to give me my order and my receipt back then when I asked for a few napkins and another coke because that one was flat she acted like I wasn’t speaking to her.this is one of my grandmother’s. Favorite meals for her to be 89 but it wasn’t a good experience for her at all that day .
Filthy went inside nasty place should be closed down the dumpster area was cleaner food was dry possibly freezer burnt sad there allowed to open doors there
I just waited in the drive through from 9:28pm until 9:58. The lady came to the window and screamed we closed and walked off. They need to shut this place down.
Totally got our order wrong!! Hit spicy chicken we could not eat, missing half of order, manager hung up when I called when I asked for corporate number! Tried calling back several times they would not answer!! Called corporate today!
There were a whole lot of swearing, yelling and slamming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Never been to a restaurant like this!
OMG!... this is one of the most horrible is experiences I have ever had. Me and a friend of mine pulled up to the drive-thru and waited about 10 minutes for someone to say something to us. So then we said hello. And someone said give me a minute! Her tone was so nasty and rude I asked my friend what did she say and again this young lady said I said wait a minute! Okay now so I'm like wait a minute. I'm getting tired of her attitude. So when I pulled up to the window I asked the young lady who was it doing all of that yelling in the intercom ? And this young lady in the back said I said it. Me and my friend looked at each other and we confused looks on our faces and questionmarks over our heads. We like what is her problem?! Anyway we pay and collect our orders. our orders were all completely wrong! They Kris Kross crossed our orders then gave us less sides than we ask for. We tried to get our orders corrected she told us she was not selling any chicken for 14 hours because of her wanting us out of the drive-thru. She was not scared of losing her job or about what she had said. She don't care how she treats customers that come there. It is sad. But that's okay! I called the customer service and me and my friend made a double complaint. Whenever I get called I will come back and revise this and let you all know what Church's Chicken had to say.
First I wanted spicy chicken they cook upon ordering ?. So I ordered two pieces with Okra and jalapeño. I get on the road when I got to my destination I didn't have a pepper nor a biscuit and the drink was flat.
Good food, but understaffed. I completely understand because I work in the industry. I just wish they would open the doors again.
Chicken was gray but they left out part of our sides and didn't feel the tea bottles up all the way and it took forever
