I had some of their grub delivered last night. I chose a burrito (steak, rice, beans, salsa, lettuce and cheese) and some chips and queso blanco. Honestly, I wasn't too impressed. The burrito, for the price, was a bit small and also lean on the steak even though you pay 2 bucks more for it. The flavor was ok but I've had bigger, better and cheaper burritos from taco trucks.The queso was just decent. I think it needs more work and also a very small portion for the price.Overall just meh.
One of my favorite stops when in the Little Rock area. The food never disappoints; however, the prices have skyrocketed making it almost unaffordable. My purchase was over $30 for a bowl and burrito...sadly they don't offer a veterans' or senior discount.
So, I've eaten at this location for over six years, and I pretty much know what a burrito from there is supposed to look like. Busy lunch hour today, and my burrito is seriously shorter than normal. When I comment, the worker said "oh I wrap them tighter." No, you shorted me on the contents. So you shorted me and then lied about it. But the price was the same. Guess what Chipotle? Like a lot of other chains, you've gotten my last dime. Adios, Amigos.
Efficient service, food tastes and looks good. A bit pricey for just entrees without any drinks or sides. Other than that, no complaints! ?♂️
This place is overrated. I've had better burritos for a lotess money. Two burritos with a side of guacamole cost me $29. The were mixed meat (chicken and steak) they were light on the meat, no cilantro. Was not what I expected.
Terrible service, my husband wanted to place an order, but he was refused service, they said only online. Are you seriously? This is the first time I've met a chipotle where you can only order casadilla online! All the other people were ordering, but my husband couldn't. The employee simply did not want to serve him, this is discrimination! My husband and I are constantly on the road in different states, but in no other city or state have we been treated so rudely and refused orders as in this place.
I usually go here and don’t have issues. I went last night, the cashier charged me for food that I Did Not have! Then when I told her she got upset with me. The young lady that was fixing the food had to tell her that I was right and she just said, “Oh.” There was no acknowledgement of anything that I had said. I took my food & left. I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.
Couldn’t enjoy my meal on the patio for the amount of trash and mice running around. Very disappointed. Brown rice was under cooked and cold food.
Today, I order beans and rice I was given 1 cup of rice and a tablespoon full of bean in a bowl side container and the rice was hard.... Anytime I don't go in personto place my order it gets mixed up.My friend went to pick it up and when I received it, I was so disappointed.
Highly unsatisfied with my visit this time. Employees were rushing customers through the line, and yelling at customers to see what they wanted when they were 4 people deep. The lady asked me what toppings I wanted before I had even stepped up to make my order initially. They were out of white rice and chips .. At what point do you realize you need to start making more food items?! When the containers are empty and customers are asking about it?! Apparently so at this location.. Not to mention how FILTHY the restaurant was.. garbage was over flowing the trash cans and littered all over the tables and floor. The beverage station looked like a tornado ripped through it. And this is all before I even dipped into my food.. If this is what the front of the house looks like, I would hate to see the back. The cashier said that they are out of chips until the next truck comes as well. How does this happen ?! As for customer service, it’s pretty gross when the cashier is touching her mouth and face, then touching cash, and then touching the customers food. At what point do you wash your hands?! Also, what is the point of wearing a mask when it only covers your chin rolls?!I don’t plan to return to this location at any point soon in the future. I left really disappointed and plan to voice my experience if others ask me.
