We stopping in around 330 to catch happy hour appetizer specials.First impression: the facility was very dirty. There was food all over the floors and tables. Windows/doors were filthy. My husband actually verbalized concerns about it being unsanitary and contemplated leaving. I encouraged him to give it a shot. Bad idea.Secondly: we asked about happy hour specials and the staff seemed totally be very confused about this. Online it states hours are 3-7. Once the hours were determined we told the waitress we wanted to order happy hour apps. She then moved us to another table in the bar and told us we couldn’t order off the happy hour menu without being seated in the bar even though her section was empty. I’ve never encountered this anywhere. The bar tender seemed to be overwhelmed that she was being seated again and appeared to already be the only one serving customers.Once seated in the bar no one brought us a happy hour menu or took our drink order. They seemed to have a tough time figuring out this situation so finally we decided to call it quits and leave. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or just lack management, but this places seems to be in shambles.

We were traveling and really just needed food, as we had several more hours to go, and it was starting to get late...so we mapped to this Chili's. I've waited a couple of weeks before posting my thoughts, which is the reason I'm giving 3 stars, instead of 1. Okay...so we ordered 3 different meals, including 2 different soups. Literally every single item tasted beyond overly salted. I've sat at many different Chili's tables, for decades, and tried many different items of their menu. This meal made no sense. With experience of managing restaurants myself, somebody in charge, that does not want their financials to tank in the next couple of years, and close their doors, may want to intervene. The food, as I stated, was horrendous. We asked for 3 to-go boxes, packed our meals up, and cashed out. The bartender on duty that evening was unnecessarily rude to me. I came back inside, after leaving, to let somebody know that a vehicle in the lot had left their headlights on. Aside from the food, this single person's eye rolling, don't bother me, chip on their shoulder attitude, made me consider calling him out on it. But sadly it was clear, that they weren't mad at me, they're mad at their own life...and I had far better places to be. Our Server was a tiny, young Spanish girl, and she was a very hard worker. She was incredibly sweet, but it was sad that she seemed to know she was fighting a losing battle, and was very close to no longer caring. Andrew our Host was awesome. He greeted us warmly, seated us quickly, and even got our first round of beverages in front of us in under a minute and a half of being seated. Our Server's heart, because it was obvious that this girl was genuinely trying...and Andrew, are the sole reason for the 3 stars. Whomever this franchise belongs to, it needs some prompt attention. I'm sorry, please don't hate the messenger.

Very nice server. No baby back ribs, which was the only reason why we came. Service was very slow. Food was ok. But what amazed me was most of the tables had not been bussed yet. It's like nobody was there to work or take the initiative to at least try to make the dining room presentable for more guests coming in the door. Come on folks, you can do better than that.

I give it a star for cleanliness and a star for the courteous staff, but I would not eat at this establishment again and I wouldn't reccomend others to eat here. The experience wasn't nasty by any means. But how do you mess up every dish. The caesar salad was soggy. The chicken tenders were over cooked. The french fries were lukewarm. The pasta dishes were dry and meat didn't taste like it was seasoned prior to plating. The best thing about the meal was the freshness of the chips and the molten chocolate cake. They may be knocking it out of the park at the bar, but we chose them for after church service lunch.

HORRIBLE!!! WILL NOT BE BACK! Our server was the worst server I've EVER had. Had to speak to manager regarding appetizer that was over & soaked in grease, even just getting our coke & tea refilled. There's too much to type about what all was wrong. Totally unbelievable that their doors are still open!! 2 separate set of guests that got sat next to us, LEFT after seeing our horrible service. I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to. Do yourself a favor & seek good service & food elsewhere!!!

Hard to rate this place. Its a mess. Last visit was way better. Today 0/10. They need closing down. Needs deep cleaning. Took over 10 minutes for someone to come to the table. She was a great server so i dodged a bullet there because the person who was supposed to serve us came by after 20 minutes to take drink order. Food was good and prices good so they are good there. Really enjoyed chicken enchilada soup. Guacamole was super salty didnt like it. Overall a great experience but very close to being terrible. This place has so much potential. Pay staff more and hire more people. Clean the place.

This chili’s restaurant on Markham is horrible! If I could give this place a zero star I would. I live closer to this chili’s and have tried so many times to look over the issues to keep from driving to another town. The bathroom NEVER has soap. When you ask for soap they get frustrated. I mean, do the employees wash their hands after they use the restroom and prepare the food? My order was wrong and I paid for food that I didn’t receive when I ordered “ to go.” The female manager who walks around with a headset refused to give me what I had already paid for and talked over me. This is the worst Chili’s ever. I will drive out of town to eat at another Chili’s before I spend another dime at this one!

Staff was great. Greeter was extremely pleasant. I order honey-chipotle chicken tenders and they were extremely hard to chew but good taste. My husband ordered the grill chicken salad and it was delicious. Our child had the pizza with oranges. Everything else was fine. Restaurant was clean but the women’s restroom was horrible. Looks like it hadn’t been clean since that opening morning.

Absolutely terrible. Did an online check in and advised the attendent when I got there. The app said 15 to 20 minute wait which was up by the time we arrived. Waited 50 minutes and still not seated. When we talked to the Manager the attendant admitted she had not checked us in. The Manager apologized and said they would do better but we don't plan to visit that location again. Too many other choices in central Arkansas. It appears we were the wrong color patron.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at any Chili's. Sarah our waitress was the only bright spot. She was amazing. We ordered an appetizer but never got it. Our salads were given to us along with plastic silverware that was melted. Our food came out and we specifically asked for real silverware which we received that was still dirty. We over paid for our dinner. The women's restroom was disgusting and smelled horrible. We will not be returning to this restaurant.I work in retail and understand employee shortages everywhere but this was beyond that.
