The food was good but they’re very greedy, and the presentation was awful. you would think they played hot potato with my plate.
I am not eating at this place anymore because of the taste of the food. The rice was not cooked well, the chicken teriyaki was not like teriyaki, steak and the chicken did not have any test, not even cooked well. No issue with customer service, its just the test of the food. Definitely, it was the worst experience.
Called and ordered chicken fried rice , when I got there and saw my order I informed the guy I didn’t want teriyaki chicken hibachi I wanted CFR they act as if they didn’t understand what I wanted and then ultimately just threw my food back on the grill and tossed the chicken in the rice I’ll NEVER go to this place again and as I grabbed my order to leave they bursts into laughter . Makes me think something was done to my food because what’s funny I spent $30 here today on two meals that I probably will just toss and dispute with my bank . I don’t recommend waisting your time or money with these people
The vegetables were old and brown and the chicken did not seem freshly cooked, I scraped the vegetables into an empty cup in my car. I won’t be going back for that reason, this is unfortunate because the portion size was good and the shrimp was fresh as well which is why I’m going with a 3 star rating.
The food was very very tasty but they were a little pricey
Ordered here 3 times. All 3 times the food tasted like literal cigarette smoke. Please smoke outside of the restaurant not inside. We can tell. Very disgusting. I thought it was just a one time thing or maybe it was the Uber driver that made the food taste like smoke because of their car (my first 2 times I ordered using Uber) but on my third time ordering I walked in store instead. The store was rank. The cigarette smell almost knocked me out when I entered to pick up my food. Why is none of the other reviews talking about this?
Best food love it me and my GF eat here at least 1 every week or every other week!! The customer service is just outstanding and very well organized! I’m thankful for Chicot Hibachi Express and how they have made thru these rough times during the pandemic! Keep it up Guys! And if u haven’t tried it yet go try it after u read this 1-2-3 go

Decent food.
Upon picking up my order, the lady who checked me out pulled & squeezed at her nose with both hands several different times. She gave me my food, I even paid for it. I left with several thoughts running through my head so I threw my food away. I was already iffy about purchasing anything when I walked in with all the curtains up. I Will Not be returning & I wouldn’t recommend this place!!!!! They just showed poor hygiene, they don’t wash their hands & they’re not sanitary!!! ????????
