Poor customer service. Asked if we could redeem a reward for a spicy chicken biscuit and was told no, which we have done before. When we asked why they said “that’s just the rule” and then walked off without taking our order. They also messed up everyone in our party of 5’s order. Chick-fil-A used to be the pinnacle of customer service. Unfortunately not at this location.
This is the best location in little rock. Today the lady at curbside said thank you for your patience but I was delighted to find the fries cooked properly instead of lazily like many locations do during rushes and off hours both. I would gleefully wait twice as long if it meant properly cooked fries every time. The spicy sandwiches were top flight this evening as well. Someone back there shares my vision of what a spicy chicken sandwich should be.
I parked in the handicap parking due to being disabled and then had to fight my way through three lanes of drive thru to get to the front door. Personally I think the food is over rated.
Great food, fast with friendly service every time. We pick-up from here about 3 times a week and it's always a superior experience. Sorry Chick-Fil-A, I'm only allowed to give 5 stars!

Not matter what time of the day, you never have a long wait. Staff is always so nice and the food great too.
I used to say good things about chic fil-a but they done messed up I ordered a parfait and they didn’t put my Granola and Raisins in the bag I called them and all they could say is sorry ? poor customer service I was rushing to work that’s why I didn’t look in the bag… they was basically acting like I was lying … I spend lots of money with them … this is a shame if they had good customer service they would of Comidated  me $5 for a little parfait and not everything with it and all they say was sorry !! Make sure u check your bags when u go there cause if not they want fix it!! They were very rude .. I’m going to write a review as well. Management Brian, Chris
Great customer service and very efficient with the quickness of food delivery ~ delicious as always ????
Food is accurate and reasonably fast. You can tell though that if you have any items they have to fry, they make the rest of the order earlier
Attend this location's soft launch reopening of the dinning. As always good service and consistent food.
