I messed up my order during the busy lunch hour. A friendly, helpful staff member fixed everything for me and sent my meal out right away. Great service!
First time I ate breakfast at Chick-fil-A since 2015. Biscuits are very good. Coffee is O K! Lemonade great! Recommend chicken biscuit or add to the bacon biscuit!
Went above and beyond!I had a special request to add ice cream to a drink cup and to top it with Dr Pepper. I told Brianna that I was going to blend it and make a blended Dr. Pepper. She smiled and said she would be right back. She came back with the blended drink!!! I didn’t ask her to blend the drink because I didn’t want to be too high maintenance, but she took it upon herself to give the BEST customer service. This is my shout out to Brianna and this fantastic Chick-Fil-A.
I was not impressed with the service this morning :( . I am always at Chick-fil-A and this morning the service was very poor and rude. Order number 8822295- the original order with the carhop young lady was amazing. I ordered the carb-salad with no tomatoes and two parfaits. I was the only one in the far right line at the time. When I pulled up the left line was moving and I was not acknowledged. I called the carhop lady over to ask "what was the delay with my order". She went to the window and the young lady in the window (cashier five @ 8:22 a.m (may 31, 2022), got an attitude. I'm the one that should've had the attitude if I was waiting for 10 minutes already. The carhop came back to the car and stated we are going to have to take your order again. She kept asking what my name was. I stated, just give me the parfaits. The lady in the widow kept rolling her eyes and saying something. Which I felt was very rude and disrespectful. I enjoy Chick- fil- A because of the fast services and how well the customers are treated and this morning was not one of those mornings. Chenal and west Markham (#02740)
The staff is always gracious and efficient! The food is the best for fast food, but I wouldn’t call their Southwest Salad fast food! They have healthy options!!
Love the fast service and food. Friendly staff, however you can't move once you get your order if you are behind someone that is waiting.
I love Chic Fil A, but this restaurant seems to have a consistent problem with incorrect orders. I go there regularly for breakfast and lunch, and on multiple occasions I have been missing a sandwich I ordered or one of my orders of fries. It's not every time I go that the orders are wrong, but it has happened enough times to where I wanted to let others know that it is a consistent problem.
Got a spicy chicken deluxe meal and 30 piece nugget for Sunday cause they are closed then lol. Nice friendly young staff and I'm addicted to the Chick-fil-A sauce so I got a little bottle of it too for the nuggets.
Probably the worst location in Little Rock. My order is never right when I go here. Tonight I went there and was indirectly accused of lying about a sandwich they never put in my bag. Drive the extra mile to go to the location off Cantrell or University. They’ll prepare you order correctly the first time.
They offer the best chicken strips I've had and the best service. Don't leave there without a brownie. They are my "go to" regarding chicken strips. Thanks for providing ketchup in a container that makes sense and works. It's the only effective way to dip a fry, waffle, or otherwise, in ketchup. Curses to ketchup in bags. ?
