I can't believe they would actually bring a broken mug and have the server tell me it was the only one he could find. Then we order food and my mother tenders where cooked very hard. Also I order classic tenders with the sauce on side it was still brought to me soaked in Sauce. The fries where plan nasty.
Cheddars has been one of my spots! Love their salads, BUT when you have Rude manager “Steve” that is argumentative and tells you what he will not do is make another one, and does not let you get a word in.. because he is trying to stroke his small ego… it really makes you look even smaller… it’s time to go back to the basics.. it’s called etiquette, professionalism, know when to shut your trap…we asked for a cake to be warmed but what chef would warm it with the ice cream on there is beyond me and wipe the edges like this. It does. NOT LOOK presentable at all.. SHAME ON YOU!!smhFYI: this is how it looked when they brought it back out warmed up!UPDATE: I don’t need a $15 gift card… What I would like to see is kindness, respect, professionalism, and better training…Thanks for listening… and listen to you front line workers…. The hostesses, the waitresses, etc and be better! Steve needs anger management classes, and needs to learn how to listen and stop talking..
I was prepared to rag on this place honestly. I am glad I gave it a chance and tried it though! Disappointed I didn’t get to try the onion rings people rave about, they aren’t on the menu anymore!I like the decor of the building. The service was friendly and helpful, but did mess a couple of things up on the bill, it was corrected. Not a big deal though!As far as the food, it’s pretty average. I’d say that it’s pretty much basic American fair. Nothing is gonna disgust or wow you. Nothing here is pushing the culinary envelope and that’s ok! It’s nice to have normal now and again ?. The chicken sandwich was the weakest thing I tried. The tenders were good though!The prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity.All in all, I’d come back again! If you can’t pick something, I’d say give it a shot if you have picky eaters. Definitely enough to find something for everyone.
Got lunch for me and my workmates on a Monday. Since I was paying with multiple payment types I went inside rather than do curbside pickup. Not only was the food ready when I arrived (early), but the lovely woman at the bar was unfazed by my multiple payment types! She was very pleasant and had packaged each meal individually. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We will definitely be eating here again!
Thoroughly enjoyed my dinner with my family. The server was excellent. Very sweet and so personable. Service was quick and the food was hot, fresh and so tasty. The ribs were excellent and super tender. Salads well made and fresh. Honey mustard dressing was also excellent. Can't say enough about those hot crescent rolls . Oh my!! The strawberry lemonade was just right. The manager Matt was checking on us as well as others to make sure all was up to par. Very nice guy. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Quint greeted me cordially and brought my order very promptly. The food was hot and well seasoned.

Had a great day in Little Rock, the way to end a great day is with a great meal. The last time I've been to Cheddar's was about 6-7yrs ago while I was living in Texas. My wife have never been there let alone heard Cheddar's. We all had a great time and dinner as well. I would have loved to get a Painkiller, the toasted coconut on the rim. But unfortunately I had a 2hr drive home
I have really enjoyed eating here in the past. Today, the menu has changed drastically from before but I understand with the COVID a lot has changed. So I just ordered a Bacon cheeseburger. The waitress ask if I wanted it cooked done and I said yes I don’t want it burned but done.I could only eat 3 or 4 bites of the burger because it was completely red meat. I don’t send food back if I can’t eat it. Too much trouble.Also she ask how the taste was because you have changed the way you cook it???
This was our first time at this restaurant and we simply loved it. Our server was simply amazing and the food was so delicious. We also enjoyed the honey/butter crossiants. Our steaks were delicious and cooked to perfection!!!! We definitely will go back!!!
