The macarons were delicious and reminded me of the ones I had while in Italy. The tiny cakes were also good, the petit four or petit gâteau. My favorite one was the southern caramel; it has a touch of salt and a slight crunch that was pleasantly unexpected.
Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service. Since Blue Cake has since added Honey pies to their name, I have received nothing but horrible service. I called three times today and literally watched through the window to see if they were actually busy or if someone was picking up and hanging up the phone, and they were hanging up the phones. I'm never going back to Blue Cake! EVER!
Perhaps they don't specialize in Pumpkin cheesecake. I was imagining this cheesecake factory quality product but it missed the mark. It was homemade but was lacking on depth of flavor. I'll have to go back to North Dallas TX this month to get my Pumpkin fix. The cheesecake factory may be mass produced but they taste a whole lot better than Blue cake honey pies ?
I bought a cake on sale for Black Friday and it was awful. It tasted kind of funny. It was suppose to be just buttercream vanilla and it had like a weird sour taste to it. I called the store over 5 times throughout the day and no one picked up. I wasn’t sure if the cake was gluten free or something which made it taste funny. Overall very disappointed that cake was not cheap. Still have yet to hear a response. ??

Thank you for making the most delicious wedding cake, on short notice, for a small wedding. Appreciated the last minute request to put a message on the cake since the cake topper did not arrive on time (from Amazon). Might possibly be the best tasting cake ever. Not kidding either. Almond with raspberry.

It has been 4 or 5 years since I’ve shopped here; i decided to give them a try at this location. I ordered a birthday cake and it was phenomenal. The customer service was amazing at this location!!! The cake was even better. I highly recommend The Blue Cake Company!!!
