Their to go waitress has a horrible attitude and the manager is no better. They were going to charge me for three beers that they didn’t have in their restaurant because it was an online order and above the waitress’ pay grade. The manager just wanted to get me off the phone and apologized that I felt the way I felt and said she has no clue why the waitress told me she couldn’t take it off. The waitress continuously yelled at us and my husband and was extremely rude to other customers. We will not be back. Honestly it’s so terrible because weve heard great reviews and it wasn’t worth the experience. I guess this is worth 41 dollars?
Was craving pizza but tired of Pizza Hut, Papa John's, etc so I went here because I remembered the pizza is pretty good. Got Pepperoni Jalapeno Pizza, Peppered BBQ and Buffalo Hot boneless wings, then my gf got a mixed drink to which I can not remember the name lol and I got a Jeremiah Red(BJ's in house beer). All of it was pretty good! Would've given a 5 star rating but the waiter took 20 mins to get my gf a mixed drink ?
Absolutely terrible place to eat. It started with the wait staff. She didn’t ask how many were in our party. She just said come on follow me. She barely spoke and when she did she had an attitude. She asked if we were doing okay as she was walking by and ran off before we had time to give her an answer. We arrived over an hour before closing, and didn’t get our food until about 10 mins before closing. I got the special for the night which was supposed to have unlimited fries. She told me I couldn’t have any more because their kitchen was now closed which I would have understood if we got there right before closing but we had plenty of time. We had to ask for a plate to eat pizza, silverware, butter for a baked potato, and they charged full price for the special. I asked her to charge me the right price and she acted like I mad her mad. My burger tasted okay but was cold. The pizza and steak were not good. Even the water tasted weird. We will not be back.
Recently ordered a deep dish pizza online using their app to be picked up at 4:40 pm. When I arrived at 4;40 pm, I called the phone number they supplied via text and waited 10 minutes in the car. When pizza was brought to me, it was cold and the bottom of the box was soaked. The pizza was apparently left to sit instead of preparing it in-time for pick up. I have deleted the app and will never order online again. Recommend you don't either.
This service was terrible. The Hostess was rude upon arrival. We waited 20 minutes after being seated and no would come to our table to take our order. A waitress was flirting with a table full of guys she must have known while others stood around or just walked on by us. I highly suggest you don’t waste your time trying at this place. As we were leaving, I said you guys need to get some help. One of the smart mouthed waitress said we’re hiring you want an application and I informed her that I’m disable at this time due to COVID, as she laughs.
I’ve eaten here 4 times in the past year and every time it gets worse. The wait staff is terrible, they are always out of almost everything, the managers are rude, and you’re lucky to get your food within 2 hours when there is maybe 10 tables eating. Horrible experience and we will NEVER eat here again. Would definitely NOT recommend this under any circumstances. They only thing we luckily haven’t gotten is food poisoning but if we did it would be 4 hours late.
I took my daughters to this place for the first time and we had an awful experience. I never received my meal after being there 2 hours. They claimed they redid my meal 3 times and it was wrong, but they never brought it out. I had to ask about the time. The manager was horrible as well and made excuses. They claimed that the cooks were incompetent and that they couldn’t find chefs. It was the worst restaurant experience of my life! I actually thought someone was playing a joke! Shut this place down and fire everybody and start over!

Besides the fact of it taking an hour, our food was cold. My husband ordered the soup and salad. Didn't receive his tortilla strips for his chicken TORTILLA soup, AND didn't get his caesar dressing. My daughter didn't receive her garlic knots that was supposed to come with her kids meal. I ordered the salmon bowl, and it was super freaking dry, and yall asked to give me white rice bc yall were out of brown. Overall, it was not worth the extra $22 for delivery, and tip. Super disappointed. It definitely solidifies why I shouldn't have ordered from here tonight. Glad I will know better for next time.

On a recent visit to Little Rock, we tried the BJ’s Brewhouse at Shackleford Rd., because we love the others we have visited.—not this one! The service was very slow, some of the staff were just pitifully incompetent, and the hostess was inattentive and downright rude. They were not very busy, which is no surprise, since customers don’t have to put up with this kind of terrible service!
