The Ice cream here is super expensive and the workers have poor customer service. Here’s advise to the workers…. Don’t expect a tip if you have a bad attitude.
This is the cake I received. The woman didn’t offer to fix it. I called corporate and I still haven’t received a call back.!
Ice cream was extremely midOver priced, I can spend like $4 and get a whole tub of Ice Crean at walmart and here they charge me like 5 to 10 bucks just for a few scoopsCookies were hard, if you don't have fresh cookies then don't serve them.Way too much money for very little dessertsAlso why are your table and chairs so close together? Literally no spaceCakes were like $32 which is laughably overpriced. My mom can make a better tasting cake with $2 cake boxes from Wal Mart

Rude lady. Walked out of the store with dissatisfaction with usual Pralines(as it can't go wrong). She says only 2 flavors try policy. Never heard from any other Baskin Robbins.
Two cups with 2 scoops was like 10-12$, in my opinion TCBY is better but that’s subjective. The tables were not very clean, but the cashier was friendly enough. Very small area for eating in, I don’t like eating ice cream in my car. I personally wouldn’t go out of my way to come here, but it’s simple ok. ? ?♂️
This particular Baskin-Robbins was the absolute most amazing experience, not only for myself but in the opinion of my 7 year old daughter and mostly my 5 year old niece. They both loved the atmosphere and all aspects of the store in general. They were very excited to be in such an inviting and fun place to enjoy ice cream together.
I came in the store I asked about the ice cream cakes I bought one then I asked the lady about the milkshakes I told her I wanted a medium and I asked to try a flavor she let me try it & it turn out to be Disgusting so I asked to try another flavor she looked me up and down and said sir you can only try one flavor I’m sorry… I said okay put 5 bucks in the tip jar and left.. Now the problem is I have be been gone there and place like it since I was young and that has never been a policy before I left out she let a family of three try multiple flavors she didn’t know they where close friends of mines so I know for a fact I was racially profiled and it’s sad they are a terrible place to go glad I didn’t have my kids with me so sick still to this day they have people like that and it’s a family owned business so they are probably all that way I wouldn’t put it past dem definitely wouldn’t recommend this place!!!!!!! COVID conditions had nothing to do with it cold stone creamery down the street allowed me try more than one flavor and said they here bad things about them all the time!!!!!! Don’t go Here

Cookie was rock hard even after heating it up and woman didn't wear gloves to scoop ice cream... same tongs without gloves for the cookies put back to be used on next victim
