I moved away from Little Rock 27yrs ago and I come home quite often. While there are some distasteful reviews, I visit here often. I’ve never had any questionable encounters. Always professional and always pleasant. Great place.
Customer service subpar ice cream decent no rest room so lord forbid you need to take a child to the restroom
We were craving ice cream, and I've been disappointed that the new Dairy Queen out highway 10 is so expensive. So we drove to an old favorite. The servers aren't all that friendly, but they still have delicious ice cream! We tried their flavor of the month, Caramel Macchiato, and it was Delicious. So I ordered a Small milk shake ($4.99) with that flavor, and while it was good, it was just like drinking a glass of milk. She blended it too long. $6.99 for a medium shake seems awful high, and I thought Dairy Queen was bad. The rest of the family got cones. A single dip is $2.89 and a double dip is $4.89, and a waffle cone is an extra $.99. I miss the old days. But we do love their ice cream.

Hubby and got 2 scoops of our favorite and the girl even got me a tiny cup of ice cream with whipped cream for our dog!!! Staff was very helpful and kind. Awesome place!!!!
Disappointing experience tonight at the Rodney Parham location. They no longer offer samples (I get it b/c of Covid) but then I watched in disbelief as the owner and husband were making ice cream cones and sundaes with their bare hands touching the cones (not the wrapper) and then take payment (handling cash and cards).without sanitizing or washing their hands between orders. Not ok!
Kid's said the ice cream was good. I didn't get any bc the workers were rude so I had to leave before my filter removed itself.
The ice cream was good but the service was TERRIBLE!!!! The lady that took our order seemed irritated and put out that she had to wait on us.
