UPDATE:Just went last Tuesday for happy hour. We were a group of 9 and may have ordered 30 to 40 drinks amongst us and maybe 3 appetizers each. Not one order was incorrect. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant and very attentive. Everything came out in a timely manner and the food was cooked perfectly and hot. I ordered the calamari and pepperoni Flatbread. I will say I did not care for the Flatbread or the excessive amount of pizza sauce on it, but the calamari was a 10.4 years ago:Okay so I kinda have given up on bar louies because of such bad service and horribly cooked food at the nlr location but my friend wanted to go for her bday. So I agreed. We went on a Tuesday night to the little rock Cantrell location and I can truly say the service and food are 100% better. Not to mention my favorite bar tender here ( very nice lady with long black hair) moved from the nlr location to this location. We stayed 4 hours and we treated very well by staff and the food was perfect. We ordered spinach dip, burgers, flatbread, and so many diva martinis ( the are the best martinis I've ever had). They are a tad sweet but are not skimped on the liquor. Nothing was done wrong this night. If your wondering what to try try their $5 burger and fry night on Tuesdays. The backyard burger is amazing. Also their loaded tots ( although I'm sad the changes the topping reciepe).
Wait staff was great. The manager fixed my problem and I was able to enjoy the mail.
Always a great time here. This is the hangout spot for me and my coworkers. The drinks are great and the staff is cool too. Food and drinks have yet to disappoint.

The food was bland, we were served cold or lukewarm food. The drinks were horrible and the service was too. It's way too expensive for the poor quality of food that my family and I had. We rented the back area for a small wedding lunch it's awful when you have to leave one restaurant and go to another just to eat. I will NEVER patronize this Little Rock Bar Louie but I love the NLR store good food, good music and a nice place to vibe!

Poor management skills & truly short staff. Our waitress hardly came to our table. My husband had to go to the bar to order our drinks. The food & entertainment was good. But my complaint is with the manager & waitress. After we paid for our food & left. There was an issue with the other party & their ticket was not paid so for whatever reason the manager decided to do an unauthorized charge with our debit card for their tab. Mind you, my husband & I had already paid & left. So we had no idea what happened until we checked our account.

Pains me to wire this as I was a loyal almost weekly (sometimes bi-weekly) customer since 8/21, good for $40-60 every time, +20% tip even on carry out. Every other experience I’ve had has been good, but this can not go without mentionI would like to thank the kitchen staff working Friday 1/28 from 11pm-12am who prepared (check your tickets) 2 Dos Equis drafts “dressed” (not the issue) 1All-Nighter Burger (tasted off) and 1 Lemon Charred Cesar Salad (looked like last lettuce of the night) for giving me THE MOST HORRIFIC FOOD POISONING I have ever had! I literally could not go to work! I am still sick as of this post. I would have sent it back if wasn’t starving. I know b/c it was the only thing I ate that day. I have an iron stomach and am a large young healthy person. If this would have been a weaker or elderly person someone could have needed to be hospitalized or died! Margins on your items is so large there is absolutely no reason any questionable food should leave the kitchen, or be in it in the first place. I wish I could say I would never come back, but you have the late night market cornered. Please consider this a wake-up call before someone gets hurt?!
Great atmosphere. Amazing food. Went there for my work’s Christmas party and had a blast. The waitress was very nice and I felt very welcomed there.
