First time in a while I've been to an Applebee's. I came in with a party of 4 adults, 2 kids, and a baby. We were greeted right away. One waitress asked us if we needed a high chair for the baby. We did. The sat us right away. The waitress we had took our drink order immediately and let us order our kids food before ours. The service was outstanding. The food was pretty good. My wife and I ordered the Fiesta lime chicken. It was grilled chicken topped with cheese and a side of rice. The rice was good. My chicken seemed to be a little sour because of the exsses amount of lime on it, but it was still delicious. I had a good experience overall and would recommend this place for sure. The bartender was also our server and she was amazing!! She was very attentive and extremely polite. The food was amazing even though my plate was a bit cold I cleared every bit. No one else had temp issues which leads me to believe that my meal was most likely finished first. The restaurant was clean. We will definitely be returning! All of the employees are very professional at least in our experience.
The ribs were good, the broccoli a little over cooked and it had a slight chemical smell, the salad ok. Lamarcus was great, he provided great service. I will return.
Not to bad this day. Had a new server. May have been her first day/week.
I love Applebee's but this one needs alot of work. Keep in my, only 6 tables have guest in them and we were there for an hour and a half. Never got refills, my kids got their food 30 before my wife and I got ours. The restaurant needs a deep cleaning. If you order salad, you'll get it after your meal. And they close at 10 on Fridays instead of 12am like it says on the door.
I had an awesome time tonight. Not too crowd and the atmosphere was just right! The bartender was great and she was very attentive. Thanks for such an amazing experience!
Staff was friendly and have great personalities.Michael was great in handling the situation. Food was fantastic and server Sienna was amazing taking care of our large party.Great visit!!!
Our server was attentive and prompt. The manager checked with us to make sure we were served. My Caesar salad was tossed well, but had far too much dressing. The rest of the food was adequate, but unremarkable. However, the hostess initially attempted to seat us at a table that still had small food scraps on it from the previous diners. She noticed and gave us another table, but it was sticky. I tried to use a napkin to wipe it and the napkin came away black. Needs a deep cleaning. 3 stars only because the waitress was attentive.
I have always enjoyed the Applebee's restaurants and this time was no exception. Our food and service were both great; something I have expected from Applebee's over the years. The staff were friendly and helpful and really made us feel like valued customers. I will most assuredly be back again and again.
The food was great, but as soon as we walked in the door the service was horrible. Couldn’t get refills, didn’t receive half of our food. And the waitress where just a having a good time and not serving anyone. And the sad part is, it wasn’t busy, only four tables and maybe three people at the bar. There was four waitresses. I was very disappointed and more than likely won’t come back. Do better!
