The customer service was not the best, no ice in the soda machine, rude cashier, the place had most of the chairs on the table,not a very inviting place. I seen the cashier get rude with a customer when she asked for her food.
Great services and really nice employees. Lobby looked great and was very comforting with how hot it’s was and everything!
Our favorite wings in Jonesboro. Responsible adults actually work here as compared to other local wing joints in town. Friendly people, great wings.
My wife came in to order our food tonight, and they got super rude with her, didn’t give us what we ordered and when corrected got an even worse attitude, I normally don’t complain but if you have to cop an attitude because you gotta do your job, Maybe look into another career path?♂️
As someone who has worked in good service for 10 years its not often I give a bad review. But this place could've done better.Its 6:00pm on a Saturday evening and there are only 2 people working. While the girl working the register was super sweet the lady running the fry stations answered her personal phone on company time instead of helping the girl at the register. She also seems to be buzzing off something that's not caffeine. Multiple Togo orders had been picked up as I was sitting there and not a name for an order was ever asked, bag just handed to the person. The place was absolutely atrocious with dirty tables not having been wiped down at slow times. And trash over flowing from the trashcan. Two ladies stood there waiting to pick up orders but were never addressed or asked what the order name was. When I came in and placed my order it was absolutely dead inside. I was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes. I waited for my own order for over 30 minutes. One, you should have more then 2 people working on a Saturday night. Two, employees shouldn't be answering there phones while on the clock or be cracked out. And Three, if you are not busy you can clean. It was terrible.
Not only was the first order made incorrectly,after driving 10+ miles home and finding no fries or sauce for the 30 piece Crew pack we ordered,but we were laughed at when we called back to speak to the general manager(Lisa) and ultimately Lisa hung up on us. Please note this is AFTER Joseph a representative called from the online complaint I filed after the crew member hung up and laughed at me when when the first order was incorrect. Today I called the restaurant BECAUSE Joseph assured me he would have the General manager (Lisa) Call me today to insure she would address the restauraunt operation and customer service. TODAY ULTIMATELY LISA YELLED AND HUNG UP ON ME AND TOLD ME TO FILE "ANOTHER" COMPLAINT. so i did. And also this review. Please help me make them fix this for me. Its truly no different than a physical assault.

I have never given anyone a bad review, but this was an experience I won’t ever forget. 1/31 around 6:30pm my boyfriend and I decided to go inside. We got greeted by an older woman who literally couldn’t stop fidgeting like she just did a line, THEN the big dude working in the back was leaned up against the counter, and he FARTED so loud and rudely, then proceeded to smell his hand. Then they acted like NOTHING happened. 0/10 they weren’t wearing gloves or hairnets and each person working had extremely poor hygiene. It’s ridiculous that wingstop would have employees like that. Ruined my night and I will tell every person I know, not to eat here. Please do better ??? Just goes to show that you can’t trust every restaurant
I never eat here because I don't eat chicken wings. But I am a delivery driver and I pick up here very often. The staff is very friendly and fun to work with they don't take too long and the food's always right.
