Amazing pizzas. Everything is fresh and made in front of you!
Vegan Pizza and Gluten Free crust, honestly you’d have to yell at me for me to give it a bad review after that. Pizza was great! One of the best GF crusts I’ve had besides Udi’s. The staff make your pizza right in front of you, so if there is something missing it would have to be because of the food shortages.Great food, our tables were clean, highly recommended.
Uncle Maddio is an interesting take on gourmet pizza. Freshly made crust and a ton of toppings to pick from make it a delicious and fun experience. You place your order in line and then they bring the pizza to your table. This is definitely a step up in flavor.
Food seemed okay but the only issue was the staff just stood their when the tables were all dirty ?
Simple single serving pizza. Ate in. Place was clean, staff was friendly. Drinks were expensive tho.

They were working short handed and still provided great service in a timely manner. The ingredients were fresh and our pizzas were perfectly prepared.
The pizza itself was decent enough, but they were inconsistent. In our group 2 people ordered the margherita pizza and they did not look like the same pizza when they arrived at the table. Another pair ordered the spinach artichoke and their pizzas were also different. If I do go back I'll just make sure they make my pizza correctly.
The service was great and staff was friendly. Very accommodating to food allergies for one of our party members. Highly recommend.
