Great food and quickly made. Easy access can go to Wal Mart which is right beside it and walk all that food off haha
This was the worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. It was extremely slow. They left out part of our order and we had to go back and they acted like they didn't make what we ordered and it was right there ON the menu. We even paid for it!! They didn't apologize or even make it right.
They told us we could not order in while a family was eating at a table while we stood there
I ordered food from here and didn't even get what we ordered and had to drive back and still had to argue about what I didn't get
Worst place ever. Didn't get 3 of the 4 Crunchy Supremes that were paid for, the soft tacos are so wet they fall apart and can't even get them out of the wrapper they are stuck to. Nachos are soggy. Definitely not going again.
Horrible food. Horrible service. They wouldn't come to the window so I could get a replacement. I ended up driving off. The chick at the window would not turn around so I could even tell her the issue. I gave up. Do not come here
Always the worst. Customer service from the drive thru menu to the 1st window and onto the 2 and window is horrible. Very rude. Food is always cold and missing things or made wrong. Alot of the time you don't even get your items or drink like today for me. Could use some new management.
I know a lot of stores are struggling with employees, but really people. I went through the drive thru; employee: may I help.Mw: one soft shell taco, that's it. I guess he didn't hear me and repeated the order, cool. I pull up behind other vehicles. When I got to the window, I'm not sure what the employee was doing but hw was obviously busy b/c he didn't take my money so I gave it at the second window. Which still took longer than it should have considering I only had one taco.
Absolute WORST restaurant in Jonesboro. Drinks are beyond flat, hardly any meat on anything you get, customer service is AWFUL, & never get a receipt. I’m not sure how this location is still open.
My whole meal was disappointing...i got the grill burrito box and. I swear my burrito was nothing but rice and whatever sauce..no meat...just plain upset my whole day!
