Taco Bell always messing up my order. They put food in the bag I didn't order. The food is cold. Late at night I try to order something and they say they are out of the ingredients for the food I try to order. It's happened to me a lot. Not just when the pandemic hit but also to this day. I would think there should be a back up plan for stuff like this happening. I've tried to go there even after the fact and they still messed up my order. This place is on caraway road in Jonesboro Arkansas. I'm not going to tell you what to do. It used to be very very good. It's either management, supply chain,or bad employees. This shouldn't happen after two years.

It was very slow for them not having any customers dining in. There was no cars in the parking lot, so I thought it would be decently quick. There was 4 cars in line at the drive thru, I probably waited at least 15 minutes, then when I finally got my turn to order, I had to wait again. Don't get me wrong, the young lady was pleasant and very courteous, but the wait was a little ridiculous

I wanted to leave this review just on the chance the owner actually happens to read it. That way they know why their business has such poor reviews and has been losing profits. Your crew always burns the food, takes 15 to 20 minutes just to make the food, doesn’t make the food correctly (leaving out half of the ingredients most of the time), and doesn’t give all of the food in every order. Then when the customer tells them they’re missing food, or ingredients, or the food is burnt, the crew won’t make things right. The common response is, “if you don’t like that one by another one.“ On top of all of that, they’ll close for 2 to 3 hours during every day when they don’t feel like working. A customer can pull up and they’re all just sitting inside talking or sitting in the parking lot talking and have some reason why they’re closed at that time. Most nights they close 2 to 3 hours early as well. During that time they’re all also just sitting inside or sitting in the parking lot and talking. Then they all leave once the actual closing time arrives. This is just a guess but I’m sure they’re doing it just so that they can all be paid the same amount regardless of when they close the doors and stop serving customers. Again, I just thought I’d leave this here in case the actual owner reads these reviews. If you are reading this, at least you’ll know why you’re going out of business and losing money.

Dine in is unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions. So I attempted ordering in the app which crashed repeatedly. The next attempt was in the drive thru which moved extremely slowly. When I got to the speaker the person working drive thru couldn't figure out how to take my order, selected the wrong items repeatedly, yelled at me for not ordering what they knew how to select, blamed me for their inability to do the job, and sat in silence on the speaker for several minutes without explanation because they couldn't figure out how to work the register. I ultimately gave up and drove off since the people behind me in line were screaming threats at me due to the extreme wait.So I went to the next nearest Taco Bell. The line was out into the street. So I tried the last Taco Bell left in the area. Short line there that moved quickly. Of course the reason that line moved so quick? They were out of nearly everything, which is hard to trust considering most of the foods there are the same ingredients combined in different ways.I tried Taco Bell a few days later and arrived about 40 minutes before closing. They never came on speaker or came to the window. I can only assume they had decided to stop taking orders early for some reason.I like Taco Bell's food but unfortunately have to rate them lowly since I've been unable to even place an order successfully in the local chains.

This establishment does not even deserve 1 star when it comes to the night staff. Have had excellent service in the earlier part of the day (11/5pm). However, I have been to this place 5 times in a row where I was told they are not taking orders for “15 minutes”. No matter how long you stay around, they just repeatedly say they are not taking orders. What are the chances every time I have gone there in the past 2 months after 8 pm they are not taking orders. Makes me wonder if the management is so bad to just let their employees choose when they want to make orders. Absolutely ridiculous!!

Went inside to place an order. There is food everywhere. All over the floors and dried to the bar where they assemble the food. The employees were just standing around not doing anything and said they were waiting on beef. They said it would be about 20 minutes. I asked for a refund. The manager who refunded my card refused to give me a copy of the refund. You're a taco place so how can you allow the employees that assemble the TACOS to run out of beef. Plus, if they have time to lean they have time to clean. It was absolutely disgusting.

It’s 10pm and I’m in from Illinois. Wanted something fast, should have went elsewhere. The only good thing I can say is my order was correct. I don’t know how absolutely everything is cold. Guarantee the quesadilla was made an hour ago, no way a fresh grilled item is cold with brick hard cheese. No personality what so ever from the drive up window employee, only thing mumbled was my total. No hi, hey, your total is, have a nice night, nothing but my total. Personality of a brick. Waiting for my food I glanced in the drive thru window, absolutely nasty. If I didn’t want to waste $20 I would have left. Floor was covered in food, trash, and liquid they were just tromping around in. Most gas station bathrooms look cleaner than the kitchen. Doubting they would pass a random food inspection.

Not even going to sugar coat it, this is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I placed an online order and sat in the drive thru for an hour because I couldn’t get a refund for it. Also, every time I come to this location something is always wrong (out of meat or the fryer isn’t working). Three strikes and I’m out with this place. If you’re looking for a good, fast food restaurant, this ain’t it fam.

Very SLOW service, pick up window ALWAYS has lines at night. Exterior lights are off and on menu board. This is the only TB that is accessible via the app otherwise I’d go to another location.Tip: Check your order before you leave the window, otherwise you’ll be back in line for an hour to get a replacement.

Every once in a while you’ll get decent service here, but often the employees will argue with you and treat you like a burden. Expect to spend a lot of time at the speaker box waiting for them to acknowledge you. Also, why would Taco Bell promote a new coffee if they never brew it?
