This place has been going downhill for quite sometime. My husband just came home with 7 tacos...the shells were so stale they are now in the trash. Not to mention that they give out mild sauce like Halloween candy. Poor management! Done with Taco Bell and yes I am taking the survey but you can kindly keep your free chicken sandwich! Sick to my stomach now!
This restaurant is so extremely hit-or-miss I don't know what is going on. The day time crew is great. The night shift folks will let you sit at the speaker for 20 minutes. Sometimes they'll pretend not to be there at all. They will have 5 worker vehicles in the parking lot and the sign light on.Tried to make an order at about 9:50 pm today and there were 3 cars in line. We each waited about 5 to 10 minutes for someone to speak. No one ever came to take an order.Current hours of operation suggest they are open, but I'm not sure they are aware. If you want your order taken, go to the Southwest Drive location.
Great Taco Bell location, this location is actually a combination Taco Bell / KFC. You can mobile order for KFC, however you cannot mobile order for Taco Bell which unfortunately is bad. This location is really good and really fast when it comes to ordering both KFC and or Taco Bell. Usually the staff is a lot friendlier and the restaurant is much more cleaner when compared to the Caraway location.
We ordered chicken littles with out pickles, pickles were put on. He ordered tomatoes on his tacos, and they rung him up for hot Fritos. He went up there to let him know he wanted tomatoes not the Fritos. They were very rude to him. The lady told him she was only one person he'd have to wait. We told them dine in and they put our stuff in bags. We only got half the order and my husband had to go back up to the counter to get the rest of the order. Bread was hard on the sandwiches. I could understand if they were slammed, but they weren't.
We enjoy this location because it's a KFC-Taco bell together. They do not have the buffet like the KFC across town but the food is good. The staff is very friendly and the service was quick. The store was clean and neat.
Food was good. Half the crew were glad to have a job and the other half acted like they were only working long enough to draw unemployment. Had I not been honest I could have driven off with meals for 4 people for free.
I went two days in a row due to having to move after my dad died late this April. Both nights my mom and I got a diarrhea, I haven't had it since not eating there. I always heard the jokes about taco bell doing that, but it might be real. I'd give them 3 stars because the food was okay tasting, but they got our order wrong on both days. Good luck.
This place is rude as hell. My family and I got there at 1130 last night. Sat in line for 25 minutes, finally get to the order menu and sat another 5 waiting for someone to ask our order. They just shut the lights off. No one came on to say I'm sorry were closed...nothing they just let us sit there. Called management this morning he was very apologetic but it's still really rude. Like come on people it's not hard to have some courtesy.
This place is trash. Out of everything but Dr. Pepper and Mt. Dew Lightning. Feels like the AC is out. Trash everywhere. Food and drink on the floors. 10/10 don't recommend.
I have been trying to be understanding about poor service due to the staff shortage, but I have actually NEVER gotten my order correct through this drive thru. The food is fine, but check your order before you drive away.
