My mom and me and my friend went to this Starbucks drive thru and the worker that looked like she was asain and kinda old with red dyed hair never gave my mom her card back or a receipt. We didn’t realize until we left to go to Memphis and had to go back to starbucks to get her card back. A day later my mom checked what was purchased recently and there was two purchases of Starbucks on her card after she bought us some coffee that weren’t the ones we ordered. I don’t know much about how I can get this lady to get fired because of what happened. The lady seemed too nice when she had taken our order.
Typical Starbucks location. This one does have an indoor dining area and a few tables outdoors as well. You will find the full Starbucks menu here that you would find at most other locations. It can get crowded during peak times and due to the location it can be difficult getting in and out of this particular location. Overall not bad and pretty much what you would expect.
Its 6/5/2022 at 1:23pm whoever those workers are in there at this exact moment (look pretty young) are doing a terrible job and does not take directions well. I went back the second time because they turn my caramel ribbon crunch into a mocha ribbon crunch. I asked for extra caramel and didn't receive it neither times. Please train these younger employees better.
I went today and loved it! The workers were so kind. The drinks/food are amazing! I’m definitely going back. Recommend
Employees were very kind and deserve 5 stars. However, the location clearly seems unable to handle customer traffic and this wait times for simple things are outrageous. For them to also have orders from Uber Eats coming in as well it’s just worth going somewhere else I’m afraid. If you have a boring day at hand a great way to spend a few hours.
Always excellent drink choices. Also tasty bits for a quick bite or snack. Very busy place...but clean and traffic moves quickly. Very good service.
Food is always warmed just right and drinks are pretty much always spot on. I will say that if you don't want whipped cream to say it again at yhe window when you get up to it.
Friendly staff. Just makes the start of day better after going to Starbucks on Southwest Drive. Not only are they friendly they are fast as well
the iced chai tea latte is absolutely delectable i think it's the best thing that ever happened to this world
