Girl had a hard time getting or price of order correct. Burgers on sale charged full price husband told her lowered price. Than when girl brought Burgers price on screen when back up couple dollars. Burgers were good ?
Little slower than the other locations. Not rude at all but definitely not a bit apologetic. They got our drinks wrong as well, but we have only had 1 location come through for us and make it correctly. It happens...we're all human. The employees seem in a better mood/friendlier there than the other one on Johnson, so they doing something right!
Same as other reviews. WRONG.Ordered (and order taker repeated it back perfectly) a SIMPLE plain burger with Mustard (got none), onion (got none) and pickle (got one right!). BUT with CHEESE, which was not ordered. Shame my trip just to suit my 93 year old Mom was such a WASTE. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOLKS.

Y’all can’t make an order right to save your lives! I literally ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and a wacky pack only get 2 burgers and wacky pack! Last time I ordered a chili cheese coney and a couple burgers and you forgot the freaking coney!!! Get your act together SONIC!!!!
Good drinks during happy hour and you can get them half price using the mobile app. The issue I have run into recently is placing a mobile order, then showing up, checking in, and it taking 20 minutes to get my order. It's only happened a couple of times but it's not an issue I've had at other locations. Hopefully that gets cleared up quickly.
Noticed a trend of about 45-30 minutes before close they just stop taking orders. You push the button and 10 minutes later still no one has come on the speaker. Its not every time I visit but has been 5 or 6 now in the last 3 months.
Worst experience but I should have none stopped here a year again same service kids running around everywhere (workers are the kids) cussing yelling being super rude to other customers we could here then took hour to not even bring us are food my husband had to walk up twice and at this point we just wanted a refund and to leave they refused because we paid with a card and said call corporate not only did they say they cancel are order it should be refunded immediately but I called customer service three times told me same thing nothing times sure have change in five years when I worked there that attitude and the way the treated us would have been fired shame on Arkansas sonic shame on management I’ll trash talk every single one before letting someone I know go back and still didn’t get no food no refund just a free slushee coupon that’s EXCPIRED ???????
I work weekends at sonic on johnson and eat there every day. The best bacon burgers by far.
