My wife and I really like Sonic. There are several other fast food choices but we consistently choose Sonic over those other choices. I enjoy using the app so I can tip my carhop while using my debit card.
Was in ib Drive thru line for 30 minutes for a drink. Two vehicles in front of me. Apparently their orders were wro g and my Cherry limeade whem I did get it it was also wrong. They had no change it was pittyful.
This used to be an awesome Sonic. It’s in a great location. I understand that everyone is short handed so I excuse the slowness. But this week I ended up with a cheeseburger with a bun so hard I couldn’t eat it. No excuse for that. I’m very disappointed in the Parker Road Sonic.My six year old granddaughter asked if there were sloths working there. ?♀️.#flashflash100yarddash
Always slow and very rude
waited over 30 minutes for 4 drinks and a chicken sandwich. the slush's were partially melted when we received them and the sandwich was cold and rubbery like it was microwaved. definitely not going back to this location. I'll drive across town to the Nettleton sonics.
Kinda bummed out that TWO Sonic locations were OUT OF CORN DOGS on ¢50 corn dog night. Really? What I ended up getting was great but I went for the corn dogs. That's why it's 4 stars.
They were packed, almost every stall filled so it took longer than expected, but they got my order correct and were very polite.
It was obv they were short staffed since i seen 1 carhop....10 mins at the box with no reply so i go thru drive thru and it took over 20 mins more...it was dirty and rundown...oh and by the way the food was awful
This is probably the nicest Sonic in town. The service is quick and the staff is usually friendly. They offer order ahead via the Sonic app and drinks are always half price through the app. This Sonic also offers a drive-thru if you don't want to park in a stand or are in a hurry. Overall, not a bad fast food restaurant.
They were rushing me to make my order and was rude!!! I can understand it’s rush hour but you suppose to be patient and professional with all your customers!!!!
